About this property

SECLUDED FARM GETAWAY ON THE DOORSTEP OF MT. BULLER

Spacious basic self catering, self contained Bonnie Doon Accommodation near Mt Buller, Mansfield and on Lake Eildon. This farmstay can accommodate large groups and families with a little church for weddings and religious, work or yoga retreats. Our property can be used for film making, painting and photography whether its for advertising or pleasure.

Wappan Station is a large sheep/cattle farm. Its 10,000 acres and is suitable for nature and bird watching skiing, water skiing, camping, fishing, biking, walking, filming or photography. It can be hot in the summer and cold in winter.

We can provide linen at an extra cost. We can accommodate up to 18ppl. 3 night min on long weekends and 4 nights over Easter.

Authentic Farm Stay Weekend

Perfect for a relaxing getaway by Lake Eildon and an authentic farm stay experience. Thank you Sarah, kids, friends and family just loved this place. Will visit again and again.

Hello, This group was so lovely. They were so friendly, happy and kind. We communicated really well. After having one last bad dodgy guest that did not pay me about a month ago and then wrote me a bad review, I nearly cancelled my subscription with Stayz. It really caused me stress, given my Google and Airbnb reviews are good. I have kept soldiering on and it’s nice to be reminded that 99 percent of our guests are wonderful like this group.

Sarah was a very responsive , warm host. The property is a little piece of heaven. The Shearer’s quarters was a unique awesome experience, just as described by the host on the website, we were very comfortable well lit up at night, loved the outdoor toilets adds to the authentic experience we were after. Luxuries in abundance at this property, peace, tranquility, calmness and connections to nature but if one is looking for materialistic luxuries leave this little piece of heaven off your list and don’t corrupt its beauty and authenticity.We had 9 children between us ages ranging from 6-16 they didn’t even know where their devices were , they just enjoyed being with and in nature. Thank you Sarah.

We love it the house and staying there But the room is not clean at all for more than a month. We can’t bring in our stuff into the room. Because We have to clean all the room first. Next time if you have clients batter clean first all the room first. Thanks for your service.

Hello Amos, In this review you failed to mention that you added 8 more people to the booking. We have a strict amount of guests on our webpage and you went way over that. We reluctantly decided to help you out with accepting extra guests as long as you paid to cover their costs. You agreed to an amount and then left without paying. We tried ringing and then two weeks later you finally paid us only when i threatened to report you which I have now. Shame on you for writing a review like this to try to get me back for hassling you about the money you owed us. Please don’t come back to our dwellings. Please don’t fill dwellings with 8 extra guests and then not pay the owner. 😢
