The home was remarkably spacious, comfortably accommodating our family of ten. The host/s provided great communication throughout our stay. This was our first time vacationing in St. Simons and we look forward to coming again. Daisy Belle was delighted as well! Thank you!
I stayed for a month and really enjoyed it. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and within minutes drive to town and the beach. The owner was very responsive to a few minor issues that arose.
Having a separate space from our kids, but still being with them was great here. Clean, cozy and has everything you need!

Liked: Check-in, location
Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy
We did get a house suitable for our family but the house was not clean. Our feet were continuously black until we cleaned the floors. We found a dirty dog dish in the kitchen. The downstairs couch had what appeared to be a huge blood stain on the cushion. When cleaning under the couch we found old used vaping paraphernalia. Dirty clothes were left in bedroom dressers. The 2 back screened in porches were too dirty to enjoy. The front windows were covered with pollen. The yard had not been cleaned up or mowed. The jetts and drain stopper in the big tub did not work. The house is for sale and the realtor’s key box made it very difficult to close the door. We hate to complain, but we expected better with the money we spent.

Hey Chris, sorry you had a bad experience. It would have really been nice if you had alerted me to this as soon as you got here. I would have really like to have seen this, and take care of it immediately. As I state in my welcoming message, I literally live at the end of Peachtree Street, and I am always available if my guest need anything. I even contacted you when your golf cart died and offered to help and was never alerted to these issues. It’s almost hard to believe this much inside filth. We’ve used the same house keeper for years. As for the outside. February, March, and April are horrible months with pollen, dust, and leaves. It’s impossible to keep it clean. Plus unfortunately my yard man died during your stay. We now have a new company. Again I do apologize for you having a bad experience.
