For stays of 3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee of $200 will be added to the cost of any reservation. If you stay 6 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived.

The second room has two twin beds, also a sofa sleeper in living room. Also equipped with a full kitchen and in unit washer and dryer. This unit has AIR CONDITIONING. HOLIDAY RESERVATIONS that fall between and include the dates December 18 – January 4 (holiday period) a 25% non-refundable payment is due within 24 hours of booking (no extensions) final payment is due November 1st; after which, all payments are non-refundable. Cancellations after November 1st are non-refundable.

RESERVATIONS FOR GREATER THAN 20 DAYS, a 25% non-refundable payment is due within 24 hours of booking (no extensions). full payment will be due 60 days prior to arrival: after which, all payments are non-refundable.

FINAL PAYMENT DUE DATE failure to make final payment by balance due date may result in cancellation of reservation with full forfeiture of payment.
