Ultra luxurious 1500 sq. ft. 2 bedroom extra large condo that sleeps 8 with large gas fireplace, in unit washer/dryer, ski storage with boot warmers, saltwater pool & jacuzzis, fitness center, on-site ski rental, heated underground parking, central air conditioning, covered deck, and well stocked kitchen. Condo also includes complimentary WiFi and cable to go with 3 new 4K Smart TVs.

Bedroom 1: KING bed with brand new memory foam mattress with ensuite bathroom including double sinks, large marble shower and soaking tub. Room also comes equipped with 55 inch Samsung 4K Smart TV. Watch all of your favorite shows and streaming apps from the comfort of your bed. White noise machine and humidifier also provided.

Bedroom 2: Brand new Restoration Hardware KING bed, brand new memory foam king mattress with ensuite bathroom including single sink and shower/tub combo. Room also comes equipped with 55 inch Samsung 4K Smart TV. Humidifier also provided.

Living Room: Brand new Restoration Hardware KING Comfort Sleeper® sleeper sofa with premium gel memory foam mattress. Newly renovated half bathroom attached to living room. Room comes equipped with 65 inch LG 4K Smart TV. Two brand new luxury leather recliners and reading lamp so you can relax and put your feet up after a long day on the mountain.

Also available: 2 TWIN size inflatable beds with complete bedding. Perfect for the kids! Complimentary Graco Portable Crib and Inglesina Fast Table Chair - Award-Winning Convenient Baby High Chair also provided.

Beaver Creek Landing - One of the few locations in Vail/ Beaver Creek/Avon with central air conditioning. Beaver Creek Shuttle picks up every 5 minutes for a 5 minute ride to Beaver Creek Village. Ski school picks up right in front of our building. Dial -A- Ride (app based FREE "uber") is also a free service provided for rides anywhere in Beaver Creek. No need for a car! Enjoy your morning Nespresso from the large covered deck or grill out on the gas Weber grill.

Amenities: Beaver Creek Landing has a year round saltwater pool (heated in all seasons but winter) and two jacuzzis, fitness facility with brand new rubber flooring, beautiful fire-pit with a view of the lift, first class lobby with front desk, fireplace, pool table, foosball table, and games.

Rent your skis on site at Beaver Creek Sports or store your own equipment in your large personal ski locker complete with boot warmers.

We had a great stay. For everyone looking for a true ski-in ski-out property…this is it. At the end of the day, we literally skied to the door of the locker room and the lift takes all of 10 steps before you can put your skis on and glide to the lift.

Beaver creek family vacation

This was our first time traveling to Beaver creek Mountain. The condo was a perfect- great location and set up for our family of five. Very easy, ski on/ski off….rentals in the building, heated parking and shuttles everywhere we needed to be(ski school and restaurants). Host was gracious and answered all of our questions, we would absolutely come again!

I was unfamiliar with the beaver creek area- this condo is 5 minutes from beaver creek village; the bus system is excellent and the ski rental shop downstairs was so convenient! Loved the ski locker downstairs and the boot dryers. The condo itself was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities needed for a family of six. Highly recommend!

Could not have asked for a more beautiful condo to stay in. Ski in/out. So convenient and just a short ride to town. The property was stocked with items in case we needed them which we appreciated.
