Girls Trip

We were extremely pleased with the location— walking distance to stores, restaurants and the beach. The home was beautiful and property manager was extremely helpful!

Spring break get away

Small family trip. Ages 1-42. Great time and beautiful home. Close to everything. Description is on point. Even though this house isn’t right on the beach, it’s literally steps away.From the main bedroom balcony you can see the beach some.Parking was a little tight for larger vehicles but there are a some parking spaces around corner. Property manager was very informative about everything.

Overall good experience The place is very nice. Great beds, kitchen and location to restaurants and Publix.Pool is awesome! Beach is very walkable.The elevator was glitchy. So four flights of stairs were the only option. Management was very responsive.Five stars would have been deserved except the traffic was constant all night and early in the morning. If you are a light sleeper, you may want to keep looking. This location is at a four way traffic light. To loud for the nightly rate, for our liking.

Beautiful Home!

We loved staying in this home! It’s in a great location and very close to the beach(a one minute walk). It’s also located right next to the new Coastal Bar/grille which made it super convenient to grab some food. The inside of the house is beautiful and well stocked with everything you need! The only downside to this property is that it is located right on a busy intersection. The traffic was very loud while we were sitting out by the pool and a couple of our kids said they could hear the traffic most of the night. Having said that, we would stay here again and maybe just bring white noise machine for night.

Great location with ability to walk to amenities. Beautiful house with so much space! While some aspacts of decor were excellent, several were contractor grade. Towel and bath tissue holders fell off the walls, bathroom drawer fell out onto the floor, closet rods so close to the shelf you cant hang a clothes hanger. When the laundry is going it feels like an earthquake on 4th floor. The walls are super thin, you can hear everything inside and out. Id suggest a closer look to some details, this place is awesome.

Disappointing

We felt very mislead by this listing. We searched for beachfront houses so we could actually see the beach from where we would be staying as we have done in previous years. The photos showing the beach on this listing are NOT from the actual house, but if you were to walk down the street, through the gate, and to the beach. This listing overlooks a parking lot and construction site. Since it’s so close to the street, you can constantly hear the traffic and emergency vehicles going through. This was the most disappointing part. There’s a light that comes on in the pool when it gets dark out, but it only stays on until 10pm before shutting off. The lighting outside is so terrible you can’t see anything without it. The wi-fi stopped working and required a reset three or four times. The TV in the living room and master stopped working period, so someone had to come fix them. The grill was dirty. There were no directions as what to do with trash. The limited amount of supplies (tp, dish soap, trash bags, etc.) is inconvenient for a longer stay. You have to buy a lot yourself. Gnats, spiders, bugs crawling around sink drains, etc. made us uncomfortable. We kept getting bites and didn’t know if it was from inside or out. It’s in a great location to be close to the beach, just not what we had expected. Beautiful interior. Very nice ice maker right off the kitchen. Pool is a decent size. Nice washer and dryer. Rooms were clean. Mostly easy fixes for the homeowners.
