New and spacious house (120 square meters) in closed condominium, with 24 hour concierge. Total Security.
It is located in Juquehy, one of the most beautiful beaches of Northern Paulista coast.
After arriving at the place, it is no longer necessary to take the car out of the garage, because the beach (500 meters - 10 min walking) and other conveniences (shopping, supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, ice cream, restaurants, bars) are all very close and can Walk quietly.
Vacancy for 2 cars. Usually the condo are allowed up to 8 people.
The environment is very quiet, safe and familiar.
