If your dog barks, you will be evicted with no return rent. Reports come fast, so if you have an anxious dog who needs a moment to adjust on the first day, make other plans. We took our dog to the dog beach and to dinner with us and just didn’t leave her there at all. The lack of freedom sucked, but we love our dog, so it worked. Other than that, the place was quiet, pretty clean, and close to the beach. The pictures seem a bit out of date, but nothing too crazy. The primary bed was a little bit of a mess, with mattress pads all over the place and sheets too small to cover both the mattress and the cover. Nonetheless, if you sleep in the middle, it’s comfy.

Great area, pool, ocean front, comfortable bed. The only reason I have it 4 stars instead of 5 is the living room furniture, it’s uncomfortable. Which means you don’t really have an area to sit comfortably and read or watch tv , etc…

The condo was great!! Excellent location with a Publix across the street and a Dunkin. The condo complex is on the older side with basic facilities but with an ocean view and beautiful views it’s hard to complain. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything to cook meals. Beds were comfortable. Cocoa Beach pier is a quick 10 minute drive.
Coffee on the deck every morning. We saw tons of surfers

Everything turned out great, but the only things I would try and address is the smell of the unit and the cabinets. When we walked in, it was very musky so I opened a window to try and air it out. We got used to the smell after a copy of days. The cabinets doors are made cheaply so everytime we closed some they would just swing back open and my son hit his head on one that opened, he was okay though. All in all though, it was a nice stay.

Great vacation!

Everything about the condo was great. Pictures are accurate, and had plenty of room for 4 adults. Was at the condo during hurricane Helene, rental management kept great communication. There were no issues and continued with our vacation. .

The perfect beach getaway

Honestly, this was the best property I have ever stayed at in Florida. It was beach front and also had a pool. Everything was perfect and I could have spent every day just sitting on the patio watching the ocean. The tiny walk to the beach was also ideal. I love the furniture and the comfort of the beds. I will be definitely rebooking for our next trip to Florida!

Mid July weekend stay

Great location with a private beach entrance. Room was clean and a lot of room. Balcony with ocean view. Property management communicated numerous times before, and during our stay.

Gorgeous view & Comfortable!

Not only was there a gorgeous view from the balcony and the master bedroom, the condo was extremely comfortable and well stocked for any vacation but especially for a vacation at the beach! I have recommended it to other friends.

Great place to bring your puppers!

Our family had a wonderful time making memories and our dog Maggie loved it as well! They have a small fenced in area for the dogs. There is a Publix and Dunkin Donuts within walking distance. Overall, great experience.

Good size for the money

We enjoyed the condo. The beach is rocky so bring water shoes. The pool was clean and deep so my son loved it. The condo had four chairs, two boggie boards and a cooler which was awesome. The kitchen was well stocked. Would recommend this condo. Just be aware their are stairs to get to the two bedrooms.

Great rental unit in central Brevard with a fantastic view!

This was a great property for a relaxing vacation in Central Florida. The unit was clean, equipped and very comfortable. Some noise still with the construction next door but that is temporary. Loved the split level with separate floor for bedrooms. Code access makes this a breeze to check-in and very simple check-out instructions. Thanks for the hospitality; we will be back :)
