Oceanview Bliss! Large 3BR-3BA Unit - Family Getaways, #E403

Papakea is a lovely tropical resort situated on the north side of Ka'anapali Beach. Close to shopping, restaurants, and walking trails, it's perfect for a larger group wanting privacy and space, sleeping up to 8. This unit comes fully furnished to meet all of your vacation needs, including towels, linens, beach towels, toiletry starters, laundry detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper. The unit also features a stacked washer and dryer for those smaller but necessary laundry tasks. The bathrooms have been newly remodeled.

There are two private pools, two Jacuzzis, direct beachfront access, a cabana, three lighted tennis courts, two shuffleboard courts, two 18-hole putting greens, koi ponds, lush gardens, and 12 outdoor barbecues. The resort also has an Activity Desk to help you schedule those lifelong memories. For the sports enthusiast, the golf courses of Kapalua and Ka'anapali are nearby, as well as great snorkeling and boogie boarding. Or take your time walking the miles of soft sand beach, exploring the grounds, taking a dip in the pool, or going for a walk to the nearby shopping. Whatever your pleasure!

We feel confident that you will enjoy this condo. We receive lots of positive feedback from our guests regarding Papakea. You will love it! Split-level air conditioning is in the living room/loft. There is no air conditioning in the back bedrooms, but there are overhead fans and trade winds most of the time. The balance is due 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival. There is a non-refundable cleaning fee. Free parking.

The condo was a great location great for the 5 adults. The condo itself was a little run down, the carpet was gross in the bedrooms and the rugs were old and Matt in the bathrooms I laid down a towel next to the bed for my feet because I didn’t want to touch the floor. The soaps and shampoos were empty in the up stairs bathroom. And I wouldn’t count on using the beach chairs they are camping chairs and broken. Other then the condo it’s self the property was beautiful and the everyone was very kind. The pool and views were amazing

Very nice place and area to stay. Loved the location with the food trucks and other restaurants that we could walk to. Condo had everything we needed to fix meals also. There were 4 adults and our 2 grandsons and everyone enjoyed the trip.

Great Resort in Paradise

We had a great stay at the Papakea Resort! Great location and nice place. Really appreciated the beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards! Loved the hot tub and pool and being so close to some amazing beaches! Property Manager was very attentive to all our needs and definitely this great place to stay in paradise!

Great location great unit

Great location, great unit. This is our second time staying in unit G205. It’s perfect for a family, spacious enough for a family of 6. Would definitely stay here again and definitely recommend Papakea to anyone staying in Maui.

Beautiful Ocean side Maui Condo

It’s a beautiful clean condo with a great view of the ocean. The grounds are well maintained with 2 clean pools/hot tubs. It’s a great location within walking distance to shops, beach, and restaurants. We plan to rent again.

Family gathering

Good location. We are all walkers so the beach walk was fun and got us to Whalers Village. It was close to a grocery store. Lahaina is a short drive. The grass lawn was nice to sit on and watch the sunset. Overall very nice.

Beautiful Maui Location

The property was good. The rooms were good. It was furnished nicely. I read all the reviews and the description about the air-conditioning and I thought based on the weather we would be fine. We were not. It was so hot during the day and at night even with fans and windows open. Some of us even ended up sick because of it. The location was wonderful and close to so many things. If I returned I would not rent this unit again just due to A/C. The host was great.

Just a little dissapointed

The property was a great location! However, when you have 5 adults and only obe working bathroom, (toilet), it can be a little tough. When talking to the manager, they already knew the tolet wasn't working. Waiting on a part! Overall we had great adventures and fun.

Great place for our family.

We had a total of 7 stay at this condo and I was initially worried that it would be too cramped but it worked out. It was our little family get together and members flew in from CA, MO and NY. It was the perfect location and there’s was plenty of amenities nearby. Miranda, the host, was helpful and communicative. She called in advance to let us know the master bath wasn’t working so that at least set our expectations. It was unfortunate but at least there was 2 other bathrooms. Would book again.

Beautiful location. Very outdated unit.

The property manager was very helpful with us in regards to issues with the unit. I felt though it wasn’t decently cleaned. It felt a bit grimy actually. The view was gorgeous and the grounds were lovely.
