We really enjoyed our stay at the property. Short walk to the beach. Everything we needed for our long weekend with friends. Kitchen has all the essentials, very clean and plenty of space.

We loved this house so much. Our extended family has taken a beach trip every year for the past 6 years, and this is the first time we've decided we want to return to the same house again. It worked so well for our group of 10, ranging in age from 10 months to 78 years. The short walk to the beach and screened-in porches were highlights of the house. Well-stocked kitchen and plenty of beach supplies. We loved the ice cream, donuts, and subs from Broadkill Store. We had a minor repair request during our stay and the host came to fix it within an hour. We cannot wait to return to this house in the future.

Margaret, I'm so glad you enjoyed your stay and thank you for your kind words. The screened porches are a big hit with all our guests. And the short walk to the beach (especially with little ones) is another feature that our guests often comment on. Thank you for notifying me about the issue with the doorknob. I'm happy I was able to resolve it quickly. We enjoyed hosting your family. You were such wonderful guests and took great care of the house. We'd be thrilled to welcome you back in 2027!
