Welcome to your dream vacation rental in West Tisbury! This picturesque house has just undergone a stunning redesign, featuring brand-new Crate and Barrel furniture that exudes modern comfort and style. As a guest of this home, you'll have access to the Deep Bottom Pond association, which provides beautiful walking trails around the central 32 acres of picturesque pasture. Additionally, if you're an outdoor enthusiast, you'll appreciate access to Great Pond, where you can enjoy kayaking and paddleboarding. Two double kayaks and one single-person kayak are provided for use during your stay. Adult and child-size life jackets are also supplied. You'll also find beach chairs and towels available for beach-going convenience. There's even an outdoor shower equipped so you can rinse off sandy toes and beach gear.

The front of the house boasts a delightful gazebo-style wrap-around porch, where you can sip your morning coffee while enjoying the serene surroundings. At the rear of the house, the deck is an ideal spot for entertaining or simply basking in the surrounding. Plenty of yard games and toys are provided for outdoor family fun.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a large open living, dining, and kitchen space that is the heart of this home. Soaring ceilings and abundant natural light create an inviting atmosphere where you can relax and unwind. The loft adds a touch of charm and provides additional space for lounging or reading your favorite book. Guests of all ages will love the many board games, puzzles, and large collection of Legos. Teens and adults will also appreciate the Xbox video game console and monitor.

The first-floor primary bedroom is a haven of tranquility, complete with a spacious private bathroom and a walk-in closet. You'll find comfort and convenience throughout the house, from the well-appointed living room to the gorgeous kitchen adorned with granite counters and top-quality appliances. For your added convenience, this vacation rental offers two laundry areas. One is conveniently located in the primary bathroom, while the other can be found in the partially finished basement, ensuring you have everything you need for a stress-free stay.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
