This was my third consecutive summer renting the Grimes estate, and had zero complaints. The space is comfortable, quiet, and the perfect environment for communing with family.

The house and property are both stunning—spacious, beautifully maintained, and perfect for creating lasting memories. Our one-week stay in August at this Martha’s Vineyard home was absolutely perfect—just as it was last year. Returning felt like coming back to a cherished summer tradition. The home is beautifully maintained, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable, relaxing stay. The location is ideal—close enough to everything yet peaceful and private. The hosts continue to impress with their warmth, responsiveness, and attention to detail. We’re already counting down the days until next August!

Home Away From Home

We absolutely loved our stay at this lovely home which truly felt like a home away from home! Tucked away in a tranquil and secluded location, we were treated to the delightful sight of deer wandering in the backyard. The home is impeccably clean and spacious, with inviting areas for meals in the kitchen or dining room, as well as a cozy family room for unwinding in front of the television. There are numerous spaces for larger families or groups of friends to relax and enjoy some quiet time. With five generously-sized bedrooms, there's plenty of space to either enjoy alone or share with others. Overall, this beautiful home is equipped with everything you need for a peaceful and rejuvenating vacation. Kristie was incredibly responsive whenever we reached out to her, and we're really looking forward to the possibility of revisiting this wonderful home in the years to come!
