There is a Beachclub (Look up Chrishi Beach Club on Instagram or FB) on the property as well where you can dine and wine or order rooms service from. It's known to be the best on island. It's a 3 minute walk from the house down the beach.

The island of Nevis has become very much in demand in the last several years due to its characteristics of unspoiled natural beauty peaceful environment, it also has a stable economy with very little poverty.

Zenith was perfect for our quick trip to Nevis. The house is well stocked, very comfortable, spacious and private. The beach is great and allows for a 1.5 mile walk straight out your door. We enjoyed our own umbrella setup on the beach and the private pool at the villa. Chrishie’s Beach Club is just down the beach (on the same property) and offers excellent food options (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and is a great spot for cocktails as the sun goes down. The location of Zenith is great with easy access to town and some of the great restaurants on the island. We would definitely recommend Zenith when visiting Nevis. It won’t disappoint.

Quiet Villa in Paradise!

The villa was overall wonderful! We booked the villa last minute and Hedda and her team were extremely responsive and took care of everything, from our transportation to and from the villa, dining, and beach gear. The villa is beautiful and offers a more peaceful vacation as opposed to a large respite.

Wonderful

What a beautiful, private and quiet place to relax and soak up the sun. The accommodation is first class with a private pool and separate building with kitchen to enjoy morning coffee. The on site restaurant was wonderful as well with great quality food and very friendly staff. Highly recommended for a couple or family.

Best of Nevis

This was our fifth trip to Nevis but our first time staying at the Zenith property. It was fantastic. There were four of us: 2 adults, 2 kids (8,4) spending spring break. Hedda, Raj, and Roni, and the whole team at Chrishi Beach made our stay so comfortable, memorable, and we are excited to return next year. This is a great property.

Quiet and relaxing

Owners were very responsive and helped set up all transportation to/from the airport and water taxis upon arrival and return. Property was very nice and had everything we needed. The staff and outstanding and very nice. We did rent a car to explore the island and St Kitts. Even though it was off season, plenty of great places to eat out. The location was conveniently to places but very quiet, so plenary of relaxing time. Would definitely recommend.

Family of 5 - great house

Our family of 5 (three teenage daughters) loved this home. Great location. Walking distance to several restaurants. Outdoor space is picturesque. Raj and Hedda helped with any issues we had. Maybe the nicest house in Nevis. We much preferred here over the Four Seasons. I will say the crickets are SUPER loud at night. So be sure to bring a loud noise maker or ear plugs. Their chirp will drive you crazy for sleep if you don’t. Also ask for Carole for in home massages.

Zenith house in Nevis is perfect getaway for R&R!

Nevis was more relaxing and beautiful than I could have imagined. Everyone in the island was so nice and it was just quaint. The Zenith house was a great house to stay in! We had total privacy, but had the ease of walking to Crishi’s each day for great breakfast and lunch. We were right on the beach, and had a breathtaking view. The house was beautifully furnished, very comfortable, and had good WiFi to help me work when needed. We enjoyed both the pool and beach. Hedda was a great host and helped us with everything we needed (including a quick trip to the doctor for an ear infection). There was plenty to do in Nevis if you wanted to have activities fill your day… or better yet, just chill out and enjoy the laid back vibe. Highly recommended!

Peaceful Retreat

Absolutely a beautiful property. Cannot say enough positive comments about the property, location, amenities etc. Private, peaceful, over a mile of beautiful beach, fantastic breakfast, lunch, and dinner restaurant, accommodating staff. House and kitchen are well stocked and use standard US outlets. Chrishi’s had live music Friday night to close out a wonderful week. After traveling around the island for a couple of days, I’m not sure there is a better place to stay. Raj arranged transportation for us, from and back to airport which made things so easy for us, we rented an suv once we got settled. If you are comfortable with island driving, and on the opposite side of the US road, I would highly recommend getting out and experiencing the great food and scenery to be found on this island.

Loved this villa! Hands down one of our family favorites!

We loved Zenith Nevis. It is more stunning than the photographs! We stayed here in early June 2017 with our two children ages 14 and 12. It was a major hit with all of us. We have stayed at many larger villas with infinity edge pools in St John, USVI and this one tops those! The beach in front of the villa was nice and was practically deserted all week long, only seeing one family of 4 on our one day for a few hours. The villa is located in a good location to the other beaches on the island and the Four Seasons (if you want to do watersports), as well as Charlestown. We highly recommend this villa. Hedda and Christian were wonderful hosts as well, Christian even cooked our dinner the last night at the Chrishi Beach Bar because the cook had already left for the evening.

Amazing Paradise!

We had a lovely visit to Nevis. This property is exactly as pictured. The property has two bedrooms, a big couch and living space, and a nice screened-in porch (when needed) with a gorgeous view. The pool is perfect and so is the outdoor kitchen. We loved sitting outside with our coffee in the morning looking out over the ocean. Our family felt safe and loved chatting with the caretakers on the property. Everyone made us feel welcome and helped with whatever we needed. The Chrishi Beach Club is a minute's walk from the property and the food is delicious and the kids actually ate! We rented a car for a few days and managed to eat at Bananas, Drift, Yachtsman, and Golden Rock which were all delicious. We also did an ATV ride with funky monkey tours which was super fun. The property is fantastic and we would def come back!

Amazing!

The Zenith House is the place to stay! Its absolutely stunning, wake up every morning to the most breathtaking views. After a day out and about come home to a endless pool to cool off the hot humid days. The sunsets are spectacular you will not want to miss not one while you are there. I could not say enough about the helpful and gracious Raj and his wife Roni is. Raj took care of the transportation to and from the airport which made everything so easy and stressless for us. If there is anything you need Raj is your man! The restaurant's are so delicious, You have to try Bananas, Golden Rock, L'Escale and if your by Pinney's beach you must try Cabanas @Lime that was yummy too! OMG we just left and cannot wait to go back! The people the place I don't know why you would ever leave!!!!!!

Superb!!

The Zenith Nevis Beach Villa was superb!! Great location, beautiful, had all the amenities needed, extremely comfortable, wonderful pool, private, along with a terrific host (Hedda) and staff (Raj and Roni)!! Our family had a wonderful week in Nevis. We traveled all over the island in our rental van, and I am confident that the Zenith Nevis Villa must be right at the top of the list for beach villas and my family, and I highly recommend it!! Hedda (Owner/Host) was extremely quick to respond to all our questions and needs. For example, she made reservations seamless for our family to get from the St. Kitts Airport to the Zenith Beach Villa even though our flight was five hours late to arrive in the evening. They also made sure that the Chrishi Beach Club Restaurant on their property stayed open late that night so that we had the opportunity to eat after our long day. Wow, that was terrific service!!! Also, Raj and Roni took great care of our family during the week--they were exceptional, friendly and very accommodating in everything they did for us!!

Most amazing rental!!

Zenith is the most amazing rental!! The photos and descriptions are completely accurate and it is deserving of all the fabulous reviews! To begin, Hedda is a fabulous host!! It was obvious from the moment we met her and her husband why everyone raves about her Nevis rentals! She had everything lined up for us from the moment we stepped off the plane in St. Kitts to arriving back to the St. Kitts airport! If we needed anything, she was just a text or steps away! The property is beautiful and just as pictured! Sits right on the beach ( which is mostly deserted for 2 miles :). Completely stocked with everything you might need. Plenty of space for everyone! Roni ( housekeeper) and Pasall ( pool and outside caretaker) are the sweetest, nicest people. The Chrishi Beach Club( Hedda & her husband own) is just down the beach. It has wonderful food, drinks, and atmosphere!! And again, the nicest staff! We spent the days exploring the island with the rental that Hedda lined up, ATV adventure with Queen City ATV ( fabulous), and enjoyed our luxurious rental! Thank you Hedda for everything!!! We wil be back! :)

Amazing place; we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to go back! The property is exactly as described - gorgeous and private. Raj, Ronie, and their son did a great job of taking care of us (we even hired him to cook for us two nights) without being overbearing and made sure we had everything we needed at all times. It was amazing to have our own chairs and umbrellas waiting for us at the beach every day. The only problem we encountered was that the week flew by too quickly!

The most relaxing vacation in the world

As everyone else has mentioned, this spot is perfect. The place is incredible. We spent a week there and barely left--between the pool, beach, staring at the ocean and the restaurant that is just a few steps away, we didn't need to leave! Everything was super organized and everyone is super helpful. The place is beautiful. I was a bit worried about the size as we have two children with us, but the main area (with bed and couch) is very big and the second bedroom is comfortable as well. I am not sure we event spent any time on the couch though, as we were outside all of the time. The outdoor kitchen is perfect for never leaving the pool and always being able to have an eye on kids (or not having to go very far to make another rum cocktail). The restaurant that is down the path is great, very accommodating and everyone loved the food. It looks like there are plans to build a few more properties like this one, but for right now, it is the only one, so while there are always a few people, it feels like you have the beach all to yourself. The beach right in front of the house is great for floating--sandy with clear, calm water. Go over maybe 50 feet and there are few rocks that are good for snorkling. The other restaurants that we tried around Nevis were all delicious and everyone we met was incredibly friendly and kept telling us what we should be doing while there. We didn't go visit anything else, although it seemed like there were quite a few things to do. We just swam and relaxed and spent time together. This was the absolute perfect vacation spot for us, you will love it too!

Amazing location, great pool, peace and privacy!

My wife and two kids (8 and 9 years old) stayed at the Zenith during our kids' Spring Break. We loved every moment of it! It was peaceful and quiet, with tons of privacy - yet ideally located within a 2 min walk of the beach club and 5 min drive to all of the great restaurants on the island. The kids used the pool non-stop (except when we walked 15 seconds down to the beach, which was also great!). The beach is sandy-bottomed and shallow enough to walk out and relax in the bathtub temperature water, with little to no waves. If you walk down the beach a hundred yards, you can snorkel for sand dollars (we found a few.) The home was perfect and set up for our family, including the porch with retractable screens. We used the stereo set up a lot, streaming music over the wifi and playing it by the pool. Hedda and Christian are lovely, friendly people. We also met a few locals on the islands who took us around to less touristy areas, which was great too. We loved our stay and will return!

Why they chose this property

The family has owned property in Nevis and stayed on Nevis since 1995. In 2006 the family bought the stretch of beach at Cades Bay and planned for the new development. The first house is built and it looks stunning on the amazing property. The family has stayed in Nevis because of the wonderful people, the safe environment, the tranquilness, the lush nature and the amazing ocean. We have visited many other islands, but this is the only one where you can stay this long without getting board. It´s so much going on if you are interested, but at the same time so quiet. Nevis has enough to offer sports wise to fill a whole month of new activities.

What makes this property unique

The house, located directly at the beach is built with all possible design and luxury objects. The service is to die for and the possibility to go scuba diving, sailing, kayaking or snorkeling on property is a great opportunity to enjoy activities while on vacation without any stress. The most hip club and restaurant on island is also on property. You are going to love this place. A car can follow the property if wanted for an extra charge of $150 US a day. A Spotless Volvo C70, White 2011 model. Fits 4 people. Nevis has been Covid free during the Pandemic and all staff handling the property are vaccinated. We will do everything in our power to make you feel welcome & happy.
