Bananaquit House Villa is located at Nelson Spring. It is a lovely 2 Bedroom villa that sits on the ocean's edge. This villa is literally just 20 steps from the ocean and overlooks the beautiful sister island St. Kitts.

It is fully equipped with American style furniture and fittings and easy to use. It's outfitted with linen for the bedrooms and bathroom. All amenities are included.

My husband, 2 teens and I stayed at Nelson Springs for 7 lovely days. We have been staying at Nelson for years - this being our 3rd time back. It’s always been our home away from home - it has everything you need, is clean and well maintained, and literally steps to the beach. Our host was so easy to deal with and kept in touch throughout our stay in case we needed anything. We’ll definitely be back!!

Sand and Sun

Bananaquit house a great view of the sunset from the screened in porch and is right on an excellent beach. There is also a pool available connected to the beach bar which does an excellent shawarma for lunch. The host was responsive and made sure we had everything needed during our stay.

Nevis is fantastic

We really enjoyed our time in Nevis. Everything was great. Having a mile of unbroken beach that is not crowded was amazing. Vanessa did a great job of making sure things went smoothly for us.

Excellent-Accommodation & Host

The villa is precisely as pictured & described. Right on one of the best beaches on Nevis. Literally steps away. Clean, convenient, views from balcony area overlooking the beach were fantastic. Host Vanessa was an absolute superstar!! She assisted with transport both to & from the villa & communicated all clearly. There were a couple minor maintenance issues which she resolved immediately. Vanessa went above and beyond, in my opinion, to ensure all aspects of our stay went perfectly. My rental car was at the villa waiting for us when we arrived. Seamless. Vanessa even made arrangements with a taxi to tour St. Kitts at the end of our stay. I can’t say enough good things about the villa & Vanessa. Perfect. Recommend.

Wonderful stay at Bananaquit House Nevis Island

We had a wonderful four night stay at Bananaquit House Villa (part of Nelson Spring Villas) on Nevis Island. Communication with host was always easy and came quickly. Check in was smooth and easy and without any of the tricky codes to gain entry. The unit was as described and without a gorgeous view. The onsite restaurant was really convenient and staffed by friendly team. The villas are located close enough to Pinney's Beach but also has it's own great beach right out in front of the villa. Bananaquit House is very well maintained with nice finishes for a very upscale feel. It's very spacious and comfortable with overhead fans and well functioning air conditioning.We rented a vehicle through the host and I would definitely recommend this to save yourself some time if planning on doing the same. Even though we decided to rent a vehicle with short notice, Vanessa and her contact still made it work and delivered a vehicle to us and allowed us to drop it off where convenient. The daily rate was very fair--I would definitely recommend taking advantage of this if possible. We came across no downsides to our stay here and would definitely stay here again and recommend the same to our family and friends!
