Serenity Retreat - Minutes from 30A

Welcome to our centrally located, 5 bedroom home. It's positioned between Destin and Panama City - nestled in the beautiful Santa Rosa Beach area. Just 3 miles from the white sandy beaches and the famous 30A Highway. This location allows convenient access to the best restaurants, shops, attractions and beaches.
Whether you're seeking relaxation, adventure, or a bit of both, our centrally located home is the perfect base for your beach vacation.
Some things I LOVE about the property is there are 4 sleep machines and black out curtains in the Master Bedroom - I call it my "sleep tank"! I always come back rested from the stay near 30A. The property is newly build (closed April 2023) so there are all brand new mattresses and linens. I love that I can be so close to the action on 30A, yet out of the hustle and bustle....the best of both worlds - you can be at the beach in 3 miles. You will love these things and the number of beach access, amazing restaurants and shops as well as festivals through pout the year. Feel free to reach out to me with any questions- I want you to be excited about your stay near 30A!

ONLY 3 CARS allowed. Neighborhood tickets and towes....PLEASE NOTE- Do not park in the street -on grass. Car must be in garage or in driveway.
Pool closes at 10 pm.
