Loved the property and location. We only had one minor issue and it was resolved super quick. The license tag for the golf cart had expired and a new one was brought the next morning. They also delivered a new air fryer for future guests. Thanks!

Girls trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everyone had their own space which was great!!! Best golf cart yet and we have rented a lot in this area. The pool was a bit smaller than we expected, but was perfect for us. Kitchen was well stocked. The only thing that would have been nice was blankets. There weren’t any blankets for the beds or just to curl up in the couch. Overall great property and Frangista is always amazing to work with and the only company I use.

Very Clean Property with a beautifully landscaped private yard. Having such lush full grown trees and landscaping gave it alot of privacy in a rental vacation neighborhood. So close-2 blocks from the most beautiful white sandy beach. Beds were very comfortable and the house was very well stocked. The kitchen was well stocked with high quality items for a person who likes to cook. The management staff was available right away when we needed something or had a question. The only thing I was disappointed in was that the pool was very small, more like an oversized hot tub. This is common in this area. Our family had the BEST time at this property and with the area it was located.

We just got back from our second stay at your great property and the second time was as good, or better, than the first. We loved our stay at this home! Check-in and communication was very easy. The home had everything we could want and more. We loved the spaciousness, location, and layout. The porches were incredible (especially during storms) with rocking chairs and a porch swing. The property offered a great amount of privacy thanks to strategic landscaping that also kept temperatures enjoyable even with a 110 heat index. We would absolutely stay here again! Thank you so much for a wonderful week in Destin!
