About this property
Newly Built year-round house with specactular lake views!
A house with stunning views during all seasons. Right on the shores of Paradox Lake in the Adirondack mountains, this house has amazing views from almost all rooms in the house. A 4 bedroom, 2 bath house with full electric kitchen and large open area living space. During the warmer months, you can fish off our docks or rent a motorboat and explore the lake. Swim from our natural sand beach and relax on the Adirondack chairs overlooking the lake. We also have a tennis court, volleyball net, horseshoes, tetherball and fields for playing games. In the winter, you can ice fish, snowshoe, cross country ski and snowmobile right on the lake. Amenities for this house include Washer/dryer, Central heating and air conditioning. We provide linens after Columbus Day to May 15th, but Linens are available to rent during the warmer months. The house does not have any TV's or cable, but we do have puzzles, books and board games for your entertainment. WIFI can be accessed in Schroon Lake or at the Redhouse just 1/4 mile from this location.
The town of Schroon Lake is just 3 miles from us, where one can enjoy restaurants, shopping and find gas and groceries. We are within 5 miles of many state hiking trails, specifically in the Pharoah Mountain wilderness and Crane Pond area. We are close to the 46 Adirondack high peaks for those trying to achieve their 46er merit and close to many ski areas including Gore and Whiteface Mountains.
