Wonderful. We would definitely come back to this property when visiting the ADK region.

The house was clean, but the dock was not steady and with and without shoes people fell on it. We wish the homeowners cleaned out near the end of the dock of all the tall grasses in the water. It wasn’t appealing to swim in. Other than that it was fine.

We're glad you found the house clean and everything else worked out well. We're sorry the dock and grasses didn't meet your expectations. The lake's water level was unusually low this summer, lower than we've seen in years, which affected both the dock's stability and the grasses growing up near the shoreline, conditions that impacted many homes on the lake, not just ours. In normal conditions the dock is steady enough for swimming and docking. Thank you for staying with us.

Wonderful property for a small family stay. Fully stocked kitchen, washer & dryer, downstairs game room with walkout to fire pit and dock. Gorgeous views from main floor/deck. Kayaks, water toys, life jackets. It's so easy to show up and enjoy. Super convenient to town. House was very clean.
