My family and I stayed here for 4 days. My kids and my husband LOVED that playroom and the games in the garage. The couch and beds were so comfy, the backyard was a great size, the house was clean and really just perfect! The host was super friendly and really responsive. My family and I really enjoyed our time there and hope to stay there again when we come back to Arkanas.

What a great property! Close to everything we needed. Very clean. We loved the “extras” like the hot tub and ping pong table. It was a great family lay out in a great neighborhood. The kitchen had everything I needed. We’d definitely stay here again.

My family stayed here for a weekend trip to Fayetteville for the Easter festival at Rivercrest Orchid. We loved how close everything was! The house was very clean and matched the description perfectly. The owners were very responsive and friendly. I also very much appreciated they had kid games, kid toys, pack and play and a high chair all avaliable! That was a nice touch for us. We had a great stay and we will definitely be back!

This house was the best, most comfortable rental I’ve ever stayed in. The owner’s decorated for Christmas and we had a wonderful Christmas morning before going to the bigger family event nearby. Lots of good family time just lounging in the living room while the kids played in the common area upstairs and in the garage. Really close to everything but still quiet… a hard combo to find in Fayetteville!

Wonderful place.

It was myself, my daughter and son-in-law and my two young grandchildren. We had a wonderful stay there. The place was very clean. Everything worked well and the neighborhood was great. I would recommend this place to anyone.
