Amazing property! We were close to everything we needed to access at UArk and had an incredible place to ”come home” to! Will definitely look this property up before we visit Fayetteville again!

We are happy to hear you enjoyed your stay and the location. Thank you for your review! We would love to host you again in the future.
This property was great for moving in our freshman to UArk. The house was spacious and all of the amenities were provided from paper towels and dish soap to body wash and shampoo. The beds were so comfy and loved that the kitchen had a Keurig so we could make quick coffee before we ran out the door! Just Be aware of the narrow driveway that is shared by the neighboring property and also the location being on a corner where a very busy intersection is so there is a lot of road noise all through the night so if you’re a light sleeper maybe bring earplugs or a sound machine.

Thank you for sharing this! We're so glad the space was spacious and comfortable for such a big milestone, and that everything was stocked and ready to go, from the toiletries to that Keurig for quick mornings. Thanks also for the heads up on the driveway and road noise, that's really helpful for future guests. Wishing your freshman an amazing first year at UArk!
So clean and comfy. Family agreed we will book again.
Had a wonderful time together. Perfectly clean and well stocked with extra things like spices etc...Plenty of seating for the 6 of us and super comfy beds as well. We've rented in Fayetteville regularly and this one will be a repeat.
Really enjoyed the home and all the details that made it special. The nice wine and the whiskey ice cubes along with the well appointed kitchen and games were appreciated! The living room and dining space was a really good size with plenty of seating. We had a toddler with us so we had to put all the pretty decorative items out of reach and barricade the stairs with chairs but that’s just life with a 15 month old! Our host was responsive and helpful. It might be helpful to note that the outdoor space is nice but it is not enclosed. We would stay here again!
