Lovely townhouse in Tahoe Keys with great mountain and water views. Close to tennis, restaurants, skiing, golf, fitness center, swimming
pools and beach.

Upstairs living room with new furniture, fireplace and deck with electric barbeque, half bath. This unit is close to indoor swimming pool and tennis courts.

Downstairs master bedroom , Queen bed, with newly remodeled master bath.



The boat dock is occupied but the Marina does rent spaces.

Passes to use the amenities are available at the HOA office for a fee.

No pets allowed!

Keywords: One bedroom townhouse, close to pool, tennis, beach, bike path and restaurants. Overlooking Tahoe Keys waterways. Close to Marina and boat rentals and restaurant. Also, there is wifi. Suitable for two adults only, minimum age of 30 years, identification required.

Please, no pets. I know everyone’s pets are wonderful, but please choose another property rather than sneak them into my townhouse. Thank you.
