IMPORTANT!! BEFORE YOU BOOK, please read the entire listing and confirm to me that you have read it and agree to what you have read. 1) This is a downstairs unit and there will most likely be guests staying in the upstairs unit and you WILL hear them. The upstairs guests in turn, have agreed when they book to be mindful of noise levels but you will hear them. 2) LOOK at the photos and confirm that you know the ceiling in the sleeping loft is low and you will not be able to stand up straight unless you are 5' tall or less. 3) The kitchen is a kitchenette and NOT designed for intricate meal prep. Simple things can be prepared using the microwave and countertop oven. Refrigerator is medium size.
Originally an RV garage transformed into a cozy space with loft area for sleeping. The concrete floor keeps the place cool on hot summer days. Electric crystal rock fireplace and baseboard heaters for heat. There are NO shared spaces with the upstairs guests except the driveway where you will park. You have your own private deck, bbq and firepit behind the loft. Your entrance is on the opposite side of the building from the upstairs guests' entrance. AGAIN, PLEASE CONFIRM that you have read the listing in it's entirety and are aware of the space details listed above. Also, please include an introduction message about yourself and and anyone else included in the reservation.
This space is managed and cared for independently by myself and not run by a large rental management company so I cannot afford to have negative feedback and strive to provide a clean, comfortable and pleasant space. Please book mindfully so that you are not disappointed and then leave a bad review that directly affects the owner. There are many larger cabins in the area and a lodge in Ashford so please make sure that this place will suit your needs before you book. Fortunately 98% of guests love the space but there is that 2% who book without reading the listing and then are upset by something.
The loft is only 5 miles to the Nisqually entrance of Mt Rainier National Park. Through this entrance, you can continue on to Stevens Canyon, Ohanapecosh. White River and Sunrise.
