It has four floors of living space, including five bedrooms, four full baths, new kitchen, formal wainscoted dining room, living room with fireplace, sun room, TV/family room, renovated basement with large screen television, laundry room, WI-fi, and cable TV. The fourth floor is a magnificent master bedroom with separate dressing room, glass shower, and reading room. The express bus stop to the Port Authority in Manhattan in a three minute walk, with frequent express buses. The home is approximately 5000 square feet, all beautifully restored and immaculately maintained.
