Getting Around For an easy, affordable ride around Jersey City, we recommend the "Via" app, a shared ride service similar to Uber, available for just $2 per ride within Jersey City. This is a great option to reach the nearby NJ Path subway station (just 7 minutes from the property) for a quick trip into NYC. Violations will be reported to VRBO and may result in immediate eviction, with no refund. •No events, large gatherings, or loud music. •No hanging or lingering outside the property. •No smoking of any kind inside the unit. A $500 cleaning fee will be charged if any smoke is detected. •No extra or overnight guests beyond those listed in the reservation. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if the guest count exceeds the stated number. •No pets allowed. Please review all house rules in detail before booking. We reserve the right to retain the full security deposit if any of these rules are violated. For added convenience, we offer indoor assigned parking in the building with elevator access, as well as trolleys to make your stay even smoother.
