The space
Two spacious parks next to the house. The first one called the "Quiet one" is right next to the backyard and the other one with a big playground, sport area and a skatepark is also in 2 min walk. Riverside is nearby as well as the shops.
Guest access
You are always welcome in the backyard anytime you want or to join celebrations happening there from time to time. No drinking or smoking on the premises.
*any event happening on premises always end early. After 10-11pm it's prohibited to be loud.
Other things to note
We have friendly neighbors that are always happy to give a helping hand or have a little chat if you'd like. At the same time- noone is going to bother you if you want to have your private atmosphere in the backyard, as there is plenty of space for everyone.
Parking is free of charge on both sides of the street and many spots available. Sometimes in front of kitchen window.
