Great condo, great location!

The condo was spacious, comfortable and well equipped, and the location in the heart of Silver Lake Village was great. The owner was very gracious and responded to questions very quickly. Overall, we really enjoyed our week there.

What a Treat!

Perfect Location

This is a great location in the Silver Lake area that has everything you need. The townhouse is well equipped and the ski in/ski out process is very easy. The ski locker at the top of the stairs was ideal. Our family of five was very comfortable and had a great time. We took full advantage of the hot tub which was ideal at the end of each skiing day. Beth was great to work with and very helpful. I would highly recommend this property and will definitely visit again.

Fabulous Family Vacation

Our group of 6 people had a fabulous stay in Deer Valley this year. It's our second year returning to the area, but our first time at this property. The location was fabulous. Ski-in/Ski-out and walk to the base area of Silver Lake. We had one non-skier in our party, so the accessibility to the mountain made it easy to meet for lunch/drinks/photos/etc. Plenty of room in the house for all of us to enjoy group time as well as private time if needed. Used all of the amenities provided - hot tub, washer/dryer, toiletries, etc. Beth was an excellent owner and was beyond gracious in offering us an early check-in upon our arrival. This made our trip! We were on the slopes first thing Saturday morning thanks to her generosity. Would definitely revisit this property again.

Family Ski Week

This was our second year staying at this property. The location is great with very easy access to the slopes. Beth is always helpful, accommodating and available for any questions. She is delightful to work with. Our family had another wonderful ski vacation. Thank you for sharing your home!

Fantastic Location

This place is conveniently located to the Silver Lake Lodge and Stein Erikson, we walked there most evenings. The ski in and ski out is very doable at the end of the cul de sac and up the stairs. The house is fully outfitted with everything we needed and more. The mattresses are comfortable. The layout is spacious. 4 stars instead of 5 just because the decor and furnishings could use some updating. I will definitely come back.

Wonderful Condo!

This was our first trip to Deer Valley and what a good choice. The condo was perfect for our family of 5. The Silver Lake Village location is great with easy ski in/out access. The condo has lots of space and is very well appointed. Everyone loved the private hot tub after a day of skiing. Plus, with the gas fireplace we could have instant ambiance and warmth. It was a wonderful ski vacation and we look forward to returning. Thank you Beth for sharing your home.

An excellent experience!

This is our sixth year visiting Deer Valley and the property is by far the best we have stayed at. Sterlingwood 11 is centrally located and very close to Silver Lake. The house has plenty of space and nicely layout. The ski-in ski-out is extremely convenient. Most importantly, the owner provided all the information I needed before arrival and everything worked. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to have an enjoyable holiday in DV.

Great Deer Valley Vacation Home

This is a fabulous place to stay in Deer Valley & we would rent here again! It is close to all the facilities with a ski in locker as well with convenient access to the slopes. The house is spacious, clean and well equiped and the photos accurately reflect the good condition of this house. Everything has been thought of with well equiped kitchen & laundry. We enjoyed using the hot tub after a day on the ski slopes. The hot tub being clean and well maintained. The day we arrived there was 3 feet of snowfall in 24 hours. This really demonstrated the worth of the heated driveway which meant we had unimpeded access to the basement garage while many properties in the area had significant access issues. Beth has put together an excellent guide to the house and the surrounding area which we found invaluable and this made our stay easy. An excellent owner to deal with, thanks Beth our family had a fun vacation.

This is it!

We stayed at this property over Christmas for a week. It was truly a very special vacation. The property could not be in a better location. We easily walked to the village for dinners at Royal Street Cafe and Stein Erikson and skied home for lunch each day on the slopes (huge plus with kids! We didn't have to battle any lines!). The house was stocked with every kitchen tool and pot/pan you could need and plenty of clean towels. The private hot tub was such a luxury after a day skiing. We lit the push button fireplace every day and had plenty of space to store boots at the landing downstairs. The laundry was conveniently located to warm up wet mittens and wash ski accessories each day before you even headed upstairs. We enjoyed many meals from Windy Ridge Bakery around the nice big round dining table. This table was right in front of a huge window that showcased all the tall trees filled with white lights. The community did a lovely job of lighting these tall trees throughout the property. We also walked over to Silver Lake Village and took a sleigh ride at dusk through Deer Valley Resort. It was a dream vacation and we could not have been happier transacting with Beth. Beth truly tries to give you the most stress-free stay possible. Seriously, look no further. This is what you are looking for! We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

European getaway

It was a great experience on all front.The house is perfect and has a vey nice european feel. It's very well equipped and very cozy.....very nice place for ski vacations. The whole family loved it and we will most likely rent it again. Everything was also perfectly managed by the owner which makes your life easier and your stay very pleasant. Great experience

Perfect location & condo in Silver Lake Village

This was our first trip to Deer Valley and we couldn't have chosen a better place to stay! Easy access to ski in/ski out and a well placed locker to store our skis overnight made for perfect days of skiing. The condo was great for two adults and three college age kids and we could have accommodated more. We made breakfast there every morning and the kitchen was well equipped and had a large size table that fit us all. The family room is very cozy, the hot tub worked well and the bedrooms and baths were all clean and well-maintained. It is an easy drive into historic Park City and to local grocery stores but so nice to return to the serenity of Deer Valley! The owner couldn't have been more responsive and provided us with everything we needed to know about the condo and the PC area. We look forward to our return trip!! Thanks, Beth!

Very nice mid-mountain condo

Beth (owner) sent in advance very detailed instructions and details for the property along with tips for area attractions. The unit was very clean and in good repair. Ski-in/ski-out was fantastic - only a short walk and hike up 3-4 short flights of steps and you were on your way down toward Silver Lake Lodge.

Great place to stay in Silver Lake Village

This was our first time using VRBO and we found the overall experience very pleasant. From booking online to the interaction with the owner as questions arose, Beth was informative and quick to respond and very helpful. The townhome is beautiful and VERY convenient to the entire Silver Lake area. We found the townhome to be cozy and comfortable! Had everything we needed and then some. Definitely would stay here again!

Beautiful family retreat!

This home was the perfect place for our family to enjoy an active skiing vacation! Access to slopes (snow permitting!) within steps and easy walking distance to Silver Lake Lodge for ski rental, storage and great restaurants. Loved the spacious kitchen and dining area with mountain views and the kids enjoyed relaxing in the outdoor hot tub after a long day of skiing. The owner was very responsive, and we are looking forward to returning!
