Great lakehouse!

Excellent cabin for a low key vacation at the lake! The boat ramp was super close and easy to navigate. The cabin was very clean and comfortable; well stocked with amenities- towels, toiletries, cooking items, books, and games. We had a great time!

Great stay

We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the cabin, ammenities like shampoo, conditioner, laundry supplies and selection of coffee. There were board games and plenty of room outside to gather as a family. Beds were comfortable and everyone enjoyed the cabin.

Peaceful and restful

Wonderfully cozy cabin tucked in the trees just a short walk from a beautiful lake! It was peaceful and restful to spend a week here with our family hanging out on the couch, playing games on the huge dining table, and taking walks to the lake. We loved the privacy, cleanliness, cute decor, and the comfort of this home. Would definitely come again and highly recommend to others!

Review of Cub Run Cabin by the Lake

We had a very enjoyable stay. We came for Mammoth Cave, but while here enjoyed the lake with our kids. The village was friendly - the cleaning lady who greeted us was very friendly and helpful. Our kids loved the bunk bedroom, and we had our own privacy in our bedrooms - perfect for our crew. I loved the pictures of the hosting family around the house. It showed to be a place where Family, Love, Laughter and Memories are had

Great Cabin Close to a Great Lake

This is a fun cabin with lots of little extras included. The kids really enjoyed the large bunk room, they felt like they were at summer camp. The furnishings are nice, kitchen table is huge! Nolin lake is a special treat. We took the kids out on the kayaks and taught them how to use a stand up paddle board. There was almost no traffic on the water. We had no worries about the kids being on the water. Overall a wonderful experience. Definitely recommend!

Family Weekend Getaway

Overall the property was as advertised. It was clean, well stocked, and in a nice secluded area near hiking and outdoor adventures. Andrew was very responsive and easy to reach. The bunk bed room was fantastic for our group of cousins ( 4 kids 3-6 years old), though the room could have benefited from a curtain as it has glass doors off of the main living room/kitchen area. The only issue we had during our stay was a bit of a delay at check-in due to the cleaning people taking longer than expected which delayed dinner/bedtime as we weren't fully without them present until ~6:30. Still would recommend people stay at this location and would consider staying again in the future!
