The Space:
This property is perfect for large groups or families with everything you need to make your stay memorable and enjoyable! With 6 different beds, the sleeping arrangements are endless. The La Quinta Resort and Spa is a block away from your front door and the closest pool is steps away!

This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home between the Mountain & Dunes golf courses and the La Quinta Hotel Resort. This Charming Villa has beautiful Spanish Style Accents and is reminiscent of the enchanting La Quinta Resort Design. The Large Master bedroom includes a Spacious King size bed, Master bathroom with updated walk in shower, private fireplace, and sliding glass doors which open to a private Garden Terrace. One of the guest rooms has a double bed and bunk beds and the other guest room has a queen bed and a single bed. The guest rooms share an upgraded bathroom with walk in shower and gorgeous natural lighting. The common area is encompassed in Spanish Tiling and includes a large dining table and spacious sectional sofa, perfect for lounging. It has all the amenities such as internet, Smart TV's and a BBQ right on your beautiful patio. The patio includes plenty of comfortable seating options and overlooks the luscious Santa Rosa grounds with distant mountain views.

You will not have access to the garage, but there is a large private driveway that can accommodate multiple vehicles.

You will not have resort privileges with this rental, but you are welcome to dine at the Resort restaurants, walk the Resort grounds, Golf at the Resort Courses and utilize the World-Renowned Spa for a fee.

Great Location

This house is right next to the pool hot tub. We enjoyed walking up and soaking in hot tub. It’s a few minutes walk to the resort and the house was great.

Great time in La Quinta!

This house was perfect for our group. Plenty of space both inside and outside, and having the pool a few steps away was awesome. Tami and Dick helped to ensure our check-in went smoothly. One thing to note is that the refrigerator was oddly touchy, requiring a reset to work if left open for more than a few seconds. Other than this, everything was perfect!

Great Family Vacation

Our family had a lovely time staying at this Vrbo. we enjoyed going for walks in the quiet gated community. the pool was right next door and a great way to spend the afternoon. It was just a short walk to the resort for some great dining options and light shopping. The rental itself was well maintained and had plenty of room for myself, my spouse and our two teenaged children. The owner was also very quick to respond as well as helpful. We would 100% rent from this owner again. THANK YOU!!

Great Location

Our group stayed here for Coachella and we couldn’t be happier with how close this place is to food/stores and the shuttle pickup. It also was very clean and had more than enough room for us.

Excellent property!

We had a party of 6 women coming in to attend the Indian Wells tennis tournament. This property had everything we needed including a stocked pantry, pool within a few feet, tennis court near by. The manager was easy to reach and attended to a few requests.

Can sleep a family of 6

The property's front door is steps away from the pool which allows a mom with a moniter to let her little one snooze while the rest of the family is at the pool. The living space is kid friendly but the kitchen is very small and outfitted poorly for cookware and implements to feed a family. As well, there were no cleaning supplies on the premises. We had two other rental houses in Santa Rosa Cove, both of which were well equipped stocked with neccesities.

Great Location!

We have been staying at various VRBOs in the La Quinta resort owners area for about 10 years. The location of this property is great and the accomodations were perfect. However compared to other vrbos the communication and the items in the house were not the equal with other local vrbos. I think we have been spoiled by other owners who provided detailed emails with instructions for arrival ahead of time along with easy to find contact information for any issues, for this property i had to find a contact number deep in our contract and call to find out how to get in. Not terrible by any means but not as easy as previous rentals. Again, the house was great! very comfortable. I will just add tho that other owners have indeed spoiled us by stocking things like napkins, coffee making materials, a few water bottles in the fridge, ziploc bags.... none of that was here. but again, not terrible, just a different style of owner. I don't write this to be negative - I am just trying to inform other travelers as I would have packed differently had I known. don't hesitate to book this house - it is great!! just byo coffee and napkins, and save the contact info from you contract somewhere handy. thats all. have fun fellow travelers!

Prime Pandemic Respite

I came here with my family of 5 for our first break from LA since the pandemic began. We had a lovely time. The location is convenient, the host is very helpful, and the pool was fantastic. My only single, tiny gripe would be that the grill was a little tricky to use, though I did eventually figure it out. Other than that, the stay was lovely and we would absolutely return.

This is such a quiet, peaceful and stunning property. The pool is steps from the front door and fabulous. This property is a short drive from all the attractions....if you can convince yourself to leave.

Nice property and unit, fully equipped with everything you need. Refrigerator has issues, needs replacing. Freezer not cold enough to freeze popsicles for the kids. Tile entry needs a mat on the inside especially when coming in from pool, the wet tile is extremely slippery.

Reviewer Comments: House was very clean, pool was right next to the house literally 15-20 steps from front door, nice community. The best part was our kids enjoying the pool at different times of the day. But I do have to say that our fridge was not working properly for the whole weekend, management was aware but nothing was done during our stay. that was an inconvenience having to go out and get ice and food for the day, didn’t wanna keep it in the fridge and risking that it would go bad.
