Private backyard features sitting area, 2 loungers and new BBQ grill. 2 car garage has epoxy flooring, pool chairs, pickleball paddles, pool floats, corn hole boards and sports balls. The exclusive Terravita community offers amenities including 7 miles of walking and biking trails, heated pool, spa, fine dining, tennis courts, bocce ball, pickleball courts, fitness center, community art studio and community social events. Rate INCLUDES social membership fee with access to amenities listed above. Golf available through golf club for additional fee. Grocery store, shopping, gas station and restaurants within walking distance. Landlord pays HOA. No smoking. No events. Pet-friendly upon approval. 30 day minimum reservation.

Perfect accommodations for our 30-day escape from winter. The house is clean and well-stocked with essentials including kitchen items for easy home-made dinners and comfortable beds. Great location very close to good restaurants, Cave Creek charm and easy access to 101/Scottsdale /Tempe. Kate was a responsive and resourceful host; checking in and out was smooth. TerraVita amenities are an added plus.

Clean, Cute, and Safe

We were very impressed with the communication and immediate responses by this property manager! The home was clean, well stocked, and perfect for our needs during a three month remodel. We loved the neighborhood and felt safe in this gated community. Pool, hot tub, tennis/pickle ball courts, and golf access was fabulous and convenient.

February Get Away to the Sun!

We loved our month of February in Terravita. The house was great - clean and updated. Kate made sure that it was well stocked with Keurig coffee pods, extra paper products and lots of spices. The beds were also comfortable and the showers had good water pressure. The Terravita community is awesome. We actually became social club members during our stay. That allowed us to use all of the amenities including the club house, the gym and the pickleball courts. We were also able to pay the guest fee and play the absolutely gorgeous private Terravita golf course. Terravita is located in north Scottsdale, close to Cave Creek and Carefree. We had dinner out at several of the cute restaurants there. A highlight (we went there 4 times) is Raven's View which is about 8 miles away. If you can get there before sunset, its a beautiful view. Terravita is also located close to Kierland Commons which has great shopping as well as several good restaurants. In additional to the Terravita golf course, we golfed at Rancho Manana, Legend Trail, McDowell Mountain and Silverado. Legend Trail is a favorite and close by. I would definitely stay again in Terravita and Kate's house was perfect for our month stay.
