Our home is a spacious ranch style open concept floor plan with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Everything has been completely updated, from top to bottom. Each room has its very own name and style that is connected to different areas of the Lowcountry. There are two bedrooms to the left of the home, both with very comfortable queen-size beds and walk in closets that share a full bathroom. The owner’s suite sits off to the right side of the home with a very comfortable king size bed, private bathroom, and spacious walk-in closet. There is a pack n play with bedding, a 6-in-1 highchair that offers multiple seating options from infant to toddler (offers the ability to seat 2 children at once), children’s toys and children’s books located inside of the master closet. (Please see pictures for reference). Each bedroom has blackout curtains. There is a sectional in the living room that provides a queen pull-out sofa bed; queen topper supplied for additional padding/support if desired. There are ceiling fans and smart TVs located in the living room and all bedrooms along with ample lighting throughout the home.

There is a dedicated workspace in the first bedroom and an additional desk area in the kitchen. (please see pictures).

We provide complimentary in-suite laundry to all our guests; washing detergent and dryer sheets supplied.

The kitchen is fully equipped with brand-new appliances, new countertops, a full set of cookware, dishes, utensils, and many other additions. (please see pictures.) Coffee and tea also provided.

There are 4 TVs provided: a TV in each bedroom and in the living room. All TVs are Smart TVs and are connected to Wi-Fi.

The backyard features a spacious yard and a patio area with furniture which includes conversational seating area, table and chairs, and a gas grill. The patio offers a relaxing space overlooking the fenced backyard and wooded area behind; there are no houses behind the home. The wooded area also provides a nightly show of fireflies which our kids love!

Towels can be left on the hooks in the bathrooms or placed in the laundry hampers; hampers are located in the closets of each room and an additional laundry hamper inside of the laundry room.
Please ensure that all food has been removed from the dishes before placing in the sink or dishwasher. Thank you.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO parties, events, or large gatherings. Violation of this rule will result in termination of your stay without refund. Additional $150 cleaning fee

The kitchen is well-stocked and very organized. A lot of supplies that I have not seen at other VRBO locations including a first aid kit which came in handy. The patio is wonderful for relaxing in the nice weather. The host was very responsive and kind!

I’m so glad I found this gem near my family in Summerville! It has virtually everything you’d want that many VRBO’s don’t have: cleaning supplies including things like laundry detergent, a smart TV in every room, fenced in yard perfect for family and children; every kitchen gadget you’d need plus spices, coffee bar, and it was super clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is lovely and safe as well. The host was lovely to work with as well, thank you so much!!

The house was located in a nice, peaceful neighborhood. The house was beautifully decorated, well maintained and has everything you need. I slept like a baby on the wonderful king bed. Our stay in Goose Creek was wonderful. Jamie has the home decorated beautifully. We could smell the cleanliness as soon as we walked in the door. This home is exactly what we were looking for. Anytime we had a question or needed anything Jamie always took care of it and responded quickly. The decor was so cute, they had fall decorations out. There was a welcome sign and snacks left out to welcome us. They truly thought of everything! We will definitely be back!

This is my second stay in just a few months while we search for our new home. This home is perfect in every way. The beds are like sleeping on a cloud, the decor is beautiful. A nice quiet neighborhood. The hosts provide everything you could possibly need. This is the only place that I have booked more than once and if I had to do it again, I would! (We found a home).
