Apartment w / 75 square meters 150 meters from the beach, sleeps up to 10 (ten) people (children included), with two (02) bedrooms, two (02) bathrooms, full kitchen, equipped with all household items, 2 chairs beach, cooler, laundry area with washing machine, large living room with two environments, TV and DVD, 9th floor, with side view of the balconies to the sea, playground, two lifts, security cameras, 24 hour concierge, a parking space. Close to the Ocian Fair (SECOND NEXT TO THE OCIAN BEACH CLUB), ice cream parlor, good restaurants, pizzeria, Extra Supermarkets / Day% / Cuca, Church and bike rack.
