Poor Communication

The Host was not aware of our booking until the evening of check in. Even though our reservation was paid in full and non refundable 7 days prior. The Host was not very friendly and we had several issues with the entrance code not working or being changed without notice.

We have had a communication problerm with VRBO and fixed that already by downloading the App. Your payment has been done to VRBO , we got our payment after your stay minus Fee. We have only entrance Code from Burg Wächter to avoid that the keys can get lost . We sent out the Code after cleaning , so you got it at 4 p.m. and the Code worked well. You have stayed with three person for 8 nights for 1018,30€ though times of Fairs in Düsseldorf and during EM football.
