There are no restaurants near by so expect to drive. The property did have some issues but Royal Destinations did address and fix all those issues.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
This property is beautiful and had all the amenities we were looking for such as being on the beach, private pool, 5 bedrooms and bathrooms and spacious living room. It's beautiful but needs some TLC. I would recommend a good cleaning such as steam cleaning sofas and rugs, and the downstairs area needs some freshening up. Someone needs to go through all of the pool and beach toys and chairs and throw out the broken ones. All of the outdoor patio lights were burnt out so we did not have lights at night to sit on screened patio. All of the windows need to be resealed and corked so the bugs cannot get in. We had so many lady bugs coming through the windows and doors we had to clean up constantly, I also was taking a bath and a big cockroach crawled out from under the bathroom cabinet so it also needs to be sprayed for roaches and ants.

Best on 30A

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great rental. The beds are comfortable and spacious. The furniture was comfortable. The view was amazing, along with a deck and screened in porch. We enjoyed the pool after a fun day at the beach. It was nice not to have to climb 3 or 4 flights of stairs to the beach and inside the house. There were plenty of towels for showering. You will need to bring extra beach towels though. The kitchen had enough pots and pans, silverware, etc. although some were worn out. The bunk room had an exterior cooling system/Cube. Seemed to have somewhat of a musty smell. The house could use a smidge of TLC, That being said, we enjoyed the house and would rent it again. The rental company was very easy to work with and checked in/out was very easy. Fantastic week!

There isn’t a single detail of this updated, spacious, clean home that we would change! The home and guest home provide everything you need for a wonderful vacation. The convenience and beauty of walking from the back deck and pool directly to beach access is perfect!
