Excellent experience from booking to checkout! House is amazing, as described, spacious and very clean! Pool & outdoor grill were great! Kitchen well equipped with nice new appliances. Ice maker and double frig a plus! Very short walk to Beach and golf cart & bikes were a plus! Seagrove is a great location close to all there is to enjoy on 30A! We definitely would book here again

The host did a great job making our stay amazing. They responded quickly if we had any questions. The house is beautiful. The walk to the beach was super short. The beach area was phenomenal. Thank you for making our stay memorable.

The home was great for gathering of 23, clean, comfortable, walking to and from the beach, host was gracious available and responsive. We had a wonderful time of bonding with family. We are thankful for our time together under one roof.

Our party of 12, adults some young teens had plenty of room for privacy, playing games, enjoying the pool and proximity to the beach. When issues did arise they were quickly and politely addressed by our host.

Our reunion group of 14 adults and 9 children was just wonderful. The golf-cart came in very handy as we would make several trips to the beach. The third floor game room was beyond fun for the kids. The pool was excellent and the house itself was beyond explanation. We wanted for nothin. Bravo to concierge cottages !!!!!

House is exactly as pictured! Property manager was great and very quick to respond if we needed to reach out! Definitely would recommend Concierge Cottages and hopefully will be back to one of their properties soon!

Everything was amazing and as expected via listing. The only thing was there was not soap in every bathroom, it was not mentioned that the back door has an alarm that goes off every time you open it, and you did have to pay extra to heat the hot tub. Other than that everything was perfect and amazing. Communication with the host was exceptional.

We had a 4 families stay for the week! It was fantastic. We loved the bikes, golf cart, the pool was warm and large enough for our whole group. Loved the proximity to the beach. So much space for our group. Would stay here again!

Wonderful Family Reunion!!!

We love Waves House!!! This was our second time to enjoy this beautiful home with grown kids and grandkids-17 of us!!! Our only suggestion would be to provide a little vacuum for the sand :)

AMAZING!

Our family of 10 stayed for 4 nights. The house was super clean, spacious and had all of the amenities that we loved, including an in-ground pool, hot tub, golf cart and tons of games, kitchen appliances and more! The house was only steps from the beach, shops and restaurants. The rental company was super helpful and responsive. We LOVED, LOVED our stay! If you are thinking of staying here, DO IT!
