This home is perfect for entertaining large groups and has a something for everyone! Four stylish themed bedrooms. We have a fully stocked kitchen, TV's in every room, sleeps 16 with gated parking/garage. The cool rooftop terrace has incredible view of the Houston Skyline.

We had people in from San Diego, Florida and Mexico for the IDDBA convention. (International Dairy, Deli Bakery Association) We were there to meet with our manufactures and customers we work with internationally. The group loved the home and on our last night because it was storming outside, we decided to order food in for dinner. Enjoyed a bottle of wine, good food, some music and shuffleboard. The host did not respond to any of our messages during the stay, which made it difficult to address a few concerns. The place was clean and matched the description provided. However, the cleaning instructions were unclear. One of the bedroom ceiling fans wasn’t working, and the remote was missing. We reached out to the host about it but got no response, which made it hard for our children to sleep comfortably. Additionally, the garage door couldn’t be opened from the outside, which was a minor inconvenience. Despite these issues, the overall stay was good.

Nice Home with Rooftop

My stay was great. The house was very spacious and clean. There’s plenty of rooms all with at least a queen bed in them. Communication with host whether it was Brad or Austin was pretty quick considering that we had a lockout during my stay.The main issue I had is the fridge not cooling well so some of my items either melted or were not cold enough. Also, the lockout that happened was at the fault of the door, considering that the door handle is faulty. I think the property manager was supposed to get it fixed after my check out.I asked for late check out due to the door keeping me out the house for some time, but I wasn’t able to be accommodated.Be mindful that there is a code for entry at the walk-in gate, the garage gate, as well as the front door. So, at first, it may be a little complicated to get the hang of it, but after a while, you may figure it out.Other than that, the house is a steal. So book them.
