Peavine is an authentic hand-hewn log retreat blending a beautiful, modern interior with 21 acres of untouched Georgia woodland. Designed for up to 6 guests, this hilltop getaway is your perfect basecamp to relax by the pool, soak in the hot tub, or explore the trails of nearby Pigeon Mountain.

The Highlights

The Cabin: A spacious, fully air-conditioned log home with a modern interior layout that comfortably sleeps 6 guests across three bedrooms.

Pool & Hot Tub: Lounge by the seasonal heated sports pool (open through April 1st – End of Sept) or unwind in the outdoor hot tub, open year-round under the stars.

The Living Space: Relax in the great room by the cast-iron gas stove, gather in the sun-drenched coffee lounge, or work remotely with fast, complimentary Wi-Fi.

The Kitchen: Fully equipped with everything you need to cook long evening meals, featuring a large dining table for the whole group.

Golden Hour: Gather at the custom outdoor fire pit for wine and a complimentary s’mores kit as the sun dips below the treeline.

The 'With Love' Package: Arranged directly by us—arrive to chilled champagne, chocolates, and scattered rose petals.

Preferred Partner Referrals: Message us in advance and we will gladly pass along the direct contact details for our favorite local professionals—including an in-home mobile chef, in-home massages, and private yoga sessions. Please note you will book and coordinate with them directly.

Other Things to Note:

Seasonal Pool: The heated sports pool is open from April 1st through end of September. The hot tub is available all year round.

Travel Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Because we are a small, independent stay, we adhere strictly to our cancellation policy and cannot make exceptions.

Adventure Nearby: You are ideally located for easy day trips to world-class bouldering at Rocktown, James H.”Sloppy” Floyd State Park and Cloudland Canyon.

Hello! We are Angie and Andrew. While we call the coastal breeze of Hampshire, England home, our hearts have belonged to the rolling hills of Northwest Georgia for over two decades.

Why they chose this property

Our journey began in 2002 during a life-changing family vacation with our three sons, Charlie, George, and Elliott. We didn't just leave with souvenirs; we left with a vision. Shortly after that trip, we purchased a slice of Georgia sky and built our first home, Peavine.

By 2011, we opened Peavine to guests, and the joy of sharing this landscape led us to add Pinhoti and Pamoon in 2020. Though we are across the pond, our homes are meticulously cared for by dear local friends who have become like family. Our sons are grown now, but they still return with friends in tow, forever debating which of the three homes is their favorite—a perfect excuse for one more visit!
