Other things to note
• Pet-friendly with a $50 pet fee (paid prior to arrival)
• Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM
• No smoking or vaping inside the home or backyard; smoking is permitted in the driveway only
• No parties, events, reunions, celebrations, or large gatherings. A maximum of 6 additional visitors are permitted with prior host approval and must leave by 10:00 PM. Only registered guests may stay overnight.
• Maximum of 3 vehicles at the property, including vehicles belonging to guests and visitors
• The backyard is fully fenced; however, there is no separate safety fence surrounding the pool. Children should be supervised at all times in the pool area. Use of the pool is at your own risk.
• Accessibility: Single-story home with two small steps into the living room
• One exterior security camera is located at the main entrance and faces the entry area. The camera is motion-activated and records video and audio. It does not view any interior areas of the home.
