Walking up to the home, you are greeted by a nice screened-in porch with a table and chairs. Walking into the home, you have your living area offering casual furnishings and TV. Off the living room is the dining area with seating for 8. The large, fully equipped kitchen offers stainless steel appliances and a small seating area. The laundry room is off the kitchen and offers a washer/dryer and utility tub.

This beautiful Captiva Island vacation rental also offers a rec room, BBQ grill, beach umbrella, 6 beach chairs, a rolling cooler, a beach cart, and free Wi-Fi, and is located within just a short stroll from the beach and shops/restaurants in the Village of Captiva.
