Ideally situated just steps from the Gulf of Mexico, this stunning canal-front pool home offers the perfect mix of upscale comfort and laid-back beach living. Whether you're enjoying your morning coffee on the waterfront deck or catching a breathtaking sunset across the street on the sandy shores, every moment here feels like paradise.

Inside, the home has been completely remodeled with high-end finishes and modern coastal style. It features three spacious primary suites, providing privacy and comfort for couples, families, or friends traveling together. At the heart of the home is a chef's kitchen, fully equipped with sleek appliances, quartz countertops, and everything needed for entertaining—or for savoring a quiet night in. For added convenience, the home also includes an elevator, offering easy access to all levels.

Step outside and relax on the expansive canal-view deck, take a dip in the private pool, or stroll across the street for a refreshing swim in the Gulf. Located on the serene southeast end of Fort Myers Beach, you're near nature preserves, walking trails, and some of the island's top fishing areas. Dog-friendly (one dog up to 15 lbs.) with non-refundable pet rent of $350. Pet rent does not include extra cleaning such as urine stains, excessive hair, or damage. House was beautiful

House was beautiful and worked awesome for us but the location to the bars and restaurants was a hazel to get to, too far from house. Would’ve been nice if house would have hand soap.

Tons of room! Plenty of beds for 14 people, hot tub and beach equipment all included.

We had a fabulous time here, plenty of room for a large group, the distance to the beach is a bit further than expected, but it worked out. Would definitely stay again!

Lemon Drop Christmas Stay

House is beautiful and located towards the very south end of Ft Myers Beach which tends to be quieter. Easy access to the Publix grocery store and CVS for quick needs. The house had all of the cooking items we needed to prepare our Christmas dinner. Only recommendation would be to add a knife sharpener as we had difficulty chopping vegetables & other items from the dull chef knives. Not the worst thing but not something we thought of to bring with us. Just a nice added item for those that are going to cook during their stay. Also, having an additional large trash bag accessible would be great. Overall it’s an amazing property and especially great for multiple families/large groups. Thanks for having us!
