Personally hosted by Paul & Alicia of Dancing Palms Vacations, this stylish coastal retreat features 4 king bedrooms, a spacious lanai, elevator, and private fenced backyard with heated pool. Walk to the white sand beach, town, dining, and shops. Enjoy coffee with Gulf or bay peeks, grill out, or unwind poolside. Sunset strolls and starry nights await at this beautifully located getaway.



The Space:

The entrance to the house is up a level of stairs, with a midway landing that leads to the front door. Inside is an open concept living room/kitchen/dining space. There are 4 kings, of which 3 king en-suites with private baths and balconies. The 4th king room plus one room with 2 double beds and balcony with shared bath. There are 4 full and 1 half bathrooms. The backyard has a covered patio lanai area next to the pool with seating for both dining and separate lounging, sun loungers, and areas with shade all day. Garage parking for 2 cars plus 4 more uncovered.



Guest Access:

Private entrances from garage to ground level foyer with elevator. A private entrances up a flight of stairs from foyer. A third private entrances from outside stair case.

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Sorrento. The house and decor was absolutely gorgeous! We loved hanging out in the pool and the beach was beautiful and just a short walk down the road. The house was stocked with Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrellas, a cooler, a beach wagon, toys and the most kitchen cookware and supplies we have ever seen. We will definitely be back!!

The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and close to the ocean. The hosts were incredibly responsive and thoughtful. The location was perfect—close to great restaurants and activities, yet peaceful and private. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we can’t wait to go back!

Perfect for a girls weekend

I stayed here with 5 girl friends and it couldn’t have been better. We spent most of our time at the house and poolside during the day because it was so nice. The beach is a short walk and there’s a handy rolling cart with beach chairs and umbrellas. We were able to walk to most places. The bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our group. The kitchen is well-equipped for making food in. The house is bright and sunny and felt so clean. It really was a perfect place for our group of girls!

We traveled with a 6 month old baby, a 2.5 yr old, and two grandparents. The home is great. It is spacious and has everything you need. The beach is a nice quick walk away and the house has a very handy cart and anything you may need for the beach. We also spent a fair bit of time at the pool. We liked how you get lots of sun for part of the day and some shade at the end of the day. The elevator was great for the grandparents who prefered it over the stairs. Overall a great stay and our host was very attentive and quick to respond. Would certainly recommend and will definitely come back.

1000 out 10 stars! Amazing property!

I’m not even sure 1000 stars says enough about how great this property is and how great the property owners, Paul and Alicia, are. We were a group of eight moms and daughters who planned a spring break trip between sports events on the weekend. We found ourselves in an unfortunate situation with the rental we had originally planned on staying in. We had nowhere to go in Fort Myers and found this property. The owners were absolutely amazing and trying to help us out. The property was not ready to be rented, but Paul said he’d rally the troops to get our vacation back on track and boy did they come theough!!! They did so many things to help us out when they didn’t even have to. Expedited the property to be ready to be rented so that we can move in the very next day. Checked in on us all week to make sure things were right. I would rent from Paul and Alicia in any location they have but this one is absolutely gorgeous. The house is well appointed has every possible thing you could need. Super soft towels, beach chairs, beach towels, cozy bedding. The pool is clean and gorgeous. And every appliance under the sun. This is a very short walk to a very nice uncrowded beach and you can walk to so many restaurants. I cannot recommend this property highly enough as well as the property owners. They were absolutely amazing to deal with and this property is so gorgeous. This is a must rent property.!! I can not recommend it highly enough!!!!

Amazing house with a great location! The hosts were easy to work and communicate with throughout. We had everything needed, including towels and kitchen items. Our favorite part of the house was the pool area. Plenty of loungers and a huge tv to watch the games! The sun shelf in the pool was a bonus. It was an easy walk down the street to beach access as well as coffee at Mojos. As always, we enjoyed the shops and restaurants in and around Times Square.
