Spacious studio loft condo. New high-end remodel. Corner unit on the top floor. Vaulted ceiling. Located in downtown Aspen's central “Core” in a quiet beautiful neighborhood. Large sliding glass doors walk out to a spacious patio with a facing view of Smuggler Mountain. Across the street is the Roaring Fork River, hiking path & bridge. 2 blocks to shopping, restaurants, nightlife, skiing, hiking & biking. Gondola is 6 blocks away, Wood Burning Fireplace, FREE Parking, Washer/Dryer, Ski Locker.

Propert was perfect and In a great location. Easy to find parking around the area and we could walk every where in Aspen. Grocery store and liquor store close by along with many restaurants.

This unit is exactly like the pictures and is a really nice, comfortable, and well equipped property perfect for two people. Thoughtful touches like yoga mats and phone chargers, and a very nice kitchen and bathrooms. The location is excellent and so walkable both to town and the grocery store, and to some great hikes like Hunters Creek, Smugglers and the Ute. Host was very friendly. We would absolutely stay here again and are already looking for future dates.

The Unit was exactly as listed: very well equipped, clean, comfortable...nothing was lacking. We would highly recommend this to anyone who can navigate a set of steep stairs to get to the loft. We're in our 70's and managed quite well. Overall quite a value and good experience. anyone anyone

Beautiful quiet neighborhood with a river across the street and pedestrian bridge down the street. It is 2 blocks to all of Aspen's shopping, art galleries, restaurants, nightlife, skiing, hiking and biking. Parking: FREE STREET parking at the unit only ANYWHERE IN A 2 BLOCK RADIUS. DO NOT park in the back alley. YOU WILL BE TOWED! You MUST send me your license plate and plate state as soon as you check in so we can register your plate in the online system. If you do not do this and you receive a ticket, we are not responsible as you have been made aware of this. Gym: Jean Robert's - 2 blocks away Grocery Store: City Market – 3 blocks away Liquor Store: Grog Shop – 3 blocks away (next to Grocery Store) Gondola: 6 blocks away Museum: 3 blocks away. Great rotating art every 3 months and it’s FREE. Highly recommend for a quick visit to compliment all the rest of the fabulous art galleries in Aspen.
