Our home is spacious, in a perfect location, and newly renovated! Inside are 3 bedrooms w/ a King, Queen, 4 Twin, and 2 trundle beds! There are 2 private balconies, private laundry, LARGE kitchen and it's ground level- NO STAIRS! The complex has 2 POOLS and HOT TUBS! Parking for 2+ cars. Super close to Wailea, Makena, Keawakapu!

You'll fall in love with our waterfall granite counter top, which doubles as a bar- complete with elegant stools. Our stylish dining table is fit for the whole family with plenty of space. There is also an additional full table for more eating space on the balcony (lanai)!
❤️ We have plenty of dining room, and can sometimes accept groups larger than 8, on a case by case basis! Feel free to message and ask about it! ❤️

The living room, equipped with a massive couch and TV! It also has ceiling-to-floor window-slider doors so you can watch the sunset over the ocean.

• This room has an excellent AC unit- trust me you'll be cold!!!

The living room doors open to a 200sq ft lanai with its own outdoor dining experience and relaxation lounge. It's truly breathtaking. The view overlooks the Wailea golf course, which leaves the extensive ocean view unobstructed.
You can experience SUNSET OCEAN VIEWS EVERY NIGHT!
We also keep our beach gear here- all for your use! This includes:

The THIRD BEDROOM has 2 bunk beds that each have an additional trundle bed. That's 6 beds total! It's the perfect kid/ grandkid/ teenager/ adult/ friend/ cousins/ anyone room! Alex, who is 6'0, can fit in these twin beds! The top bunks can hold up to 200lbs! There are also full mirrors and a spacious closet, as well as some tasteful, cute décor and a window view of the gorgeous foliage.

The grounds are immaculately kept with all different kinds of island flowers and trees! Our condo is tucked away right on the golf course! You can walk the golf course down to the Wailea outlets and go shopping.

The location is also only within a few minutes DRIVE to some of the most gorgeous beaches in the entire world- including WAILEA BEACH, ULUA BEACH, MALUAKA BEACH, AND BIG BEACH! (Less than 1 mile away from Wailea Beach!!!)
