Plenty of space

I chose this property for my adult children and I to have our own space. This is a nice house, cute and clean with just some minor issues. 1.The kitchen table was unsafe, the glass top was not connected to the center base, making it almost unusable and would tip with just a little pressure. 2.The sliding shower door would not stay closed, so we had to wedge something between the doors to keep it closed while showering. 3. The shower in the hallway bathroom had the hot and cold reversed...so, the closer to H, the colder the water would get. 4. The room at the back with the biggest bed had no bar or hooks in the closet to be able to hang anything up in and the comforter had dirty paw prints on it. The neighborhood was not the best. With all that eing said, the kitchen was great, and all of the appliances worked great. I was hoping there would have been a toaster to use though.

Construction mess

We stayed here as four adults with our infant for a few days before flying back home, as family lives close by. I’ve lived in craftsman’s before and as an fyi for those that haven’t, noise travels so be aware that it’s easy to hear anyone awake. The house check-in was easy and the pictures are accurate. We were the first stay and there were some basic items missing, but I gave feedback so hopefully that will be corrected for the next guests. Host was super quick in communication and to amend the issues brought up, and accommodating to our group, thanks Sherry! Not listed but good to know- One of the two bathrooms is located in the bedroom with the full size bed. Bring a hanging toiletries kit, as there is no space in the bathroom to put anything. The biggest reason for the lower review is that the yard was unusable, as there was building debris everywhere. We booked this unit for a dog, but the debris meant that the dog couldn’t be let out alone despite an enclosed yard due to the hazards. There was no way for us to use the yard to ‘relax and unwind’ per the listing. Even with some suggestions remedied, I’ll find another rental next time I’m in Seattle. Price for value didn’t match in my opinion.
