Great location with 1 short bus ride to downtown! It was clean and checkin/check out was super easy. They responded to any questions or concerns very quickly and were very detailed in their summary of the place. The rooftop patio was really nice to look over the city as well! I would recommend staying here

We came to town for the Noah Kahan concert. Family of five and the house was perfect for us. The communication with Turnkey management is superb. The location was fantastic and put us right in the middle of everything that we wanted. My only complaint has nothing to do with the rental which is why I’m not give less than five stars. My issue was parking. I’ve only ever lived in suburban world with driveways/garages and so this is probably fine with most folks. There is street parking, but we never got closer than a 1/4 mile from the house. I’d drop my family off at the house and go for my trek…lol. My other worry was scratches/damage because the streets are very tight. First world problem and not something I hold against the management or owner. Just want to give everyone an fyi. The location is fantastic as is the house and honestly the neighborhood seemed pretty decent too. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone with that one caveat.

Great Location Close to Family

We were in town for our nephew's graduation and this location was close to our family's home and everything we needed to do. The home was clean and had everything we needed. Parking was a little tricky at times, but we managed to find parking.

We were very impressed with our stay here. We were 4 people (two couples). The property was very clean and the booking process and any questions we had were answered promptly. We got lucky and found great street parking right in front of the building and took Ubers or walked everywhere during our stay since we didn’t want to deal with parking downtown Seattle anyway. Great location with so many conveniences within walking distance and a short uber drive for anything touristy downtown. Great patio overlooking the city, we loved ending our evenings up there.The only thing I wanted to point out to anyone staying here, is that the beds are only double beds. It is clearly marked in the property description so I cannot fault the property owners for my mistake. I assumed they were queen from the pictures and the fact that they are in what appeared to be spacious rooms. The rooms are spacious and probably could have at least a queen but my bad, and oh well lol. This did not make our experience any less enjoyable and we still enjoyed ourselves, and we just had to be extra close and cuddly with our husbands.

The Very Best

I was struggling to find a spot that had everything I wanted for valentines weekend. It was by luck that I tried out Vrbo and saw the Andrew had just placed his spot for the first time on here. I fell in love with the pictures and was counting down the days till me and my lady were able to experience it in real life. From the moment we walked in we were in shock. Andrew your place was stunning to say the least and it felt like home for us. I highly highly reccomend. We will be booking Andreas place everytime we are in seattle
