This spacious beach front condo is uniquely located next to the community swimming pool, and just steps away from the beach dune walkover. Relax in the living room leather sofa, and loveseat! Amenities include granite kitchen counter-tops, 2 car garage, 1 outdoor designated parking spot, community swimming pool, community sun lounging deck, free WiFi, and 2 Gulf-front private balconies.
***E-Bike rentals are available for $150 per bike for 1 week. Or 4 Bikes for $500/week***
We offer a 3 to a 4-night minimum stay except from May 30,2026 until August 8, 2026, which is a 7-night minimum stay, Saturday to Saturday only. Some exceptions are made based on availability.
Special monthly rates available from January until March 1. Monthly Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 120 days before the arrival date will receive a full refund. Cancellations less than 120 days from the arrival date forfeit all payments made.

Bedroom 3: 2 Single over single bunk beds
*Minimum rental age 25. Renter must occupy property for full term of their stay.
