Recently upgraded and beautifully furnished throughout, this spacious and private three-bedroom apartment features an open floor plan with an upscale kitchen, counter-height seating, dining area, dedicated workspace, and a living room with 55” Smart TV.

Fully appointed modern kitchen with appliances, including stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with fresh crisp new linens, pillows, and bed coverings. The master bedroom and third bedroom feature private en-suite bathrooms.

Spacious living room includes a comfy sofa, laundry area, and free high-speed WiFi. Outdoor amenities include a private rooftop with amazing city views, hot tub, a covered dining area with a Smart TV, onsite parking, and keyless access.

The gate will remain open during business hours from 7AM to 7PM.

This was such an awesome place to stay and literally right in the heart of downtown Birmingham, just minutes from everything. Such a cool space I would recommend to anyone. In the evening you can sit in the balcony and get this beautiful view of Birmingham

Not a safe area.

The inside has a ton of potential but needs some updating. It was also not very clean. The stairs leading to the 2 units were very dirty and the lights didn’t work which was sketchy walking in at night. The neighborhood is not a safe area. There are homeless people everywhere. We were about to pull in to get out and open the gate when a lady who was obviously high on drugs approached our car and started yelling and looking into our window. We decided to not go back to the apartment until she was gone. When we were packing to leave another person was walking up and down the street screaming curse words and was very angry. Getting out to open the gate was uncomfortable. The instructions say to leave the gate remote in the lock box which is not safe and very inconvenient. It is a very cool building but I can’t recommend it.

Extremely Disappointed

I am leaving this review so no one else is surprised by and experience what we went through. To begin, the unit is in a very undesirable location and my family, especially with younger children, did not feel safe at all. This is evident by the great number of bars and security cameras inside and outside of the unit. We saw multiple code violations and evidence of mold within the unit which added to our unease of safety. The secured parking lot is only locked during night time hours and otherwise open to the surrounding area during the day. It is advertised as within walkability to parks, restaurants and shopping, however within the short time we were in the area/parking lot we had already experienced a couple encounters that left us feeling very unsafe and our children scared. This was during the middle of the afternoon. We walked away shortly after arriving and chose to lose our money and not stay for the week we had booked. Management says they fixed the issues within the unit but we never returned to verify as we would not be willing to stay in that location regardless. Again, we are just trying to save another family from having a horrible experience as we did.

We understand, however, that certain aspects of the neighborhood may not align with everyone’s preferences. Since each area has unique characteristics, we always encourage guests to review the neighborhood before booking or, after booking, to look up the address provided for a clearer sense of the surroundings. VRBO listings don’t allow for specific addresses pre-booking, but we do all we can to provide a general overview to help guide expectations. After you left, our team thoroughly inspected the property to address the concerns raised. We verified that the property was in well-maintained condition, with no outstanding repairs. The photos shared of damaged walls were in a common hallway rather than in the unit itself, and any past water damage inside the unit had been fully repaired and painted prior to your arrival. Thank you for sharing your experience. While some aspects were beyond our immediate control, we’ll take your feedback seriously and continue working to make every stay as comfortable as possible for our guests.
