Check-in is a joke!!

Check in to this property was an absolute joke! One of our flights had been delayed, so we got to the property at 10:30pm. The security guard would not let us in because we were not registered. The code we needed to register was not in the information we had been emailed. We tried to contact the property manager several times, but there was no answer. My husband finally started googling the property management company until he found a way to contact someone. After 45 minutes of trying and even trying to get the security guard to let us walk in to the property, we finally had someone call us back. They told us the code we needed was on the back of the door to the property, which we could not get to. Finally, the property manager called the guard directly and then he let us in. By this time, we had 4 VERY tired children, who had all been up since 4am, dragging our luggage between airplanes. None of the local grocery stores were still open, and we had no food. We got into the property to find that it had no soaps, paper towels, and the dishes in the cupboards were dirty. Luckily, our plans for the next day were easily adjustable, so we were able to go shopping and get the things we needed the next morning. The property was very nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable, and the rest of our stay was nice, but we were absolutely appalled when the last night of our stay, it was raining, and they did not even stop anyone at the gate. We just drove right through.
