Scheduled time at the shared pool and pickleball court can also be arranged - making for hours of fun in the sun. When you aren't indulging in the property's many amusements, explore Wine Country and the nearby city of Temecula. Located only 16 miles from the beach for beach day fun.

Inside Casita de la Maracuyá, you will find an open-concept living room, dining area, and kitchen. Tastefully decorated with nods to farm living, this Casita is a place of warmth and good memories. Utilize the well-equipped kitchen's stainless steel appliances and granite countertops when mealtime arises, and dine at the adjacent formal dining table. Coffee lovers will adore the separate coffee station. The living room is cozy and boasts a plush sofa and a large TV, perfect for family movie nights. In the bathroom, you'll be delighted to find a vintage, clawfoot tub and plenty of space to get ready in the mornings. The bedroom in this home is just as sizable and comes adorned with soft linens.

Inside Tierra De La Maracuyá, discover wooden flooring, modern fixtures, and old-school farmhouse charm. The living room is full of light and comes complete with a sprawling sofa and a large TV. The galley kitchen provides a pleasant space to cook and there are two dining options available when you're ready to eat. The primary en suite bedroom in this home is enormous with double beds, a seating area, a private TV, and an impressive jetted tub. The additional bedrooms are just as lovely, light-filled, and feature soft linens and private TVs.

House Rules
- Guests will have access to the grove, the pond, and the perimeter trail.
- Guests can schedule time at the shared pickle ball and pool area.
- Please pay attention to your pet, there are coyotes and other wildlife nearby.
- This is a working farm and the owners and workers will be on the grounds at times.

This Vacasa Guestworks vacation rental is operated and managed locally by an independent host.
Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.

Security camera details: There is one camera overlooking the gate entry and one camera overlooking the creek.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
