The property was rented to two parties for the same date.Fortunately for us, the host had allowed us to check in early and we were already in the house when the other party arrived.The other party was able to make other arrangements through the other on-line rental company and were gracious enough to not contest the issue.Our stay was not affected, however, the outcome could have been quite difficult.We believe this was a mix up due to marketing the property on multiple sites. VRBO may consider whether this practice should be allowed within the franchise.

Great house with an amazing view

We really enjoyed our stay in this house for 3 nights with a group of 10 (6 adults and 4 kids). The view is amazing and the owner very friendly. I do recommend this place.

Amazing weekend getaway

We had a really good time staying at Al’s place. The living room has the great view. You can see the peaceful lake and mountain surrounded when chilling in the living room. Kitchen is fully equipped and rooms are clean and tidy.

Amazing place, privacy & Relaxing

The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and they made sure that I had everything I needed during my stay. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed to feel at home. The location was also great, peaceful and adorable view with tons of outdoor space to enjoy with small hikes on property to enjoy. I would definitely stay again.

Awesome View & an Awesome Host

Amazing place with plenty of room for our group of 6. The view from the backyard was absolutely stunning. The home was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Al, our host, was great with providing all the necessary information for an easy check in and very pleasant stay.

Great house, friendly host, and amazing views!

This property is beautiful and the views are stunning! Everything is well labelled and the host communicates really well. There is a remote windy drive that takes a bit to get here, but we enjoyed being out of the bustle and the views all around. There are also some great trails right off the property for short hikes.

Gorgeous house amazing views

We stayed a whole month in this house while our house was being renovated it felt like home, very comfortable beautiful views & most importantly amazing hosts. Parisa went above & beyond to make us feel like home she was truly extraordinary.this home is a special find! Your kids will love it.

The view IS nice, but the drive is harsh. Way up away from everything. Windy 25 minutes to anything on either side. Then, the space is nice for having places to sit, but there is very little in the bedrooms to set your belongings on. No dresser or table. There were not enough face towels or washcloths, and there was only one hook for used towels, so only one person could hang their towel. The kitchen seemed sparcely supplied. No soup or cereal bowls, and shy on the baking and cooking ware. The manager was quick at replying when we checked in on text. We did not comment or complain to her about the amenities as there did not seem like anything she could do immediately. Mostly due to the drive, but also the lack of care in the amenities, we would not book here again. The view IS lovely. If you want to get away from everything, this is getting away.

Amazing Weekend

It was a very relaxing stay. My friends and I booked a weekend for a birthday party. The host was very responsive and accommodating. The house was clean upon arrival and looked exactly like the pictures. The only thing is the drive to the house because of how windy the roads are but it was worth it.

Great view

Amazing view. The house is stocked up nicely just in case you forget something. Netflix with the house. It’s was such a seamless stay we will definitely be here for our annual family vacation stays
