Spacious Brighton 2BR + Parking — St. Elizabeth’s, BU & BC

Updated first-floor Brighton condo with two queen bedrooms, a full kitchen, in-unit laundry and one off-street parking space.

Each bedroom has a queen memory-foam bed, adjustable standing desk, storage, ceiling fan and window A/C. The condo also includes 300 Mbps Wi-Fi, a comfortable living room with a large TV and convertible sofa, plus a separate dining room.

The full kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, cookware and dishes. Washer and dryer are located inside the condo.

St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center and Brighton Center are about a five-minute walk. Boston Landing is roughly ten minutes away, and the Warren Street Green Line stop is around 10–15 minutes on foot.

One off-street parking space is included. A second space may be available by advance request but is not guaranteed. Oversized vehicles cannot be accommodated.

Guests have private use of the entire first-floor condo. Because this is a residential multifamily building, please keep noise to a reasonable level and be especially considerate after 10 p.m.

Great location and very clean

We loved our stay in this property. It was very clean and we were able to walk everywhere. The T is only a few minutes walk as well. The neighbors got a bit rowdy a couple of times, but we had no trouble sleeping.

Boston in Early December

Excellent stay. House is absolutely beautiful and listing is extremely accurate. Beds were comfortable, heat worked great on the cold nights and checkin was a breeze. The code access is a nice touch, not having to worry about carrying keys around. There was even extra laundry detergent to wash clothes before we flew back out! Excellent stay all around.

Two Bedroom in Brighton Near BC

We had a pleasant and comfortable stay in this darling two-bedroom rental. The area feels very safe and is just a 5-7-minute drive to BC and not far from BU. We used it as our central location for touring colleges in Boston and the surrounding area. There is parking behind the home, but it requires walking up a steep driveway back to the house (note if mobility is an issue). Great location. Highly recommend.

Beautifully renovated spacious place near everything. The parking is great, but be aware that people park on both sides of the street, which makes things tight, esp for pulling out.
