Rita was the absolute best. My coworker and I were here for 9 days on a work trip, and it was perfectly functional for our needs. She took great care of us during our stay. The location was great and it’s an easy trip into the city.

Great location, excellent communication from the host.This is a vintage home, probably built over 100 years ago and later converted to a duplex. Cooled with two window air conditioners, which were fine, although it wasn't fully cooled on our first night. Host lives in the other side of this buildingNo washer/dryer. We had 4 sets of towels for a 6-day stay with two teenage girls. The host happily provided more towels, but I'd prefer to not have to ask. There is a listed feature of games, but there were none in the house. The host provided some quickly after our request. Kitchen is fairly well stocked. Nice to have basic spices and oil available. Ditto for coffee and tea. Paper towels would be a good addition, which the host indicated she would provide in the future.

I had a really good stay here. The place was clean, well-kept, and made for a comfortable visit. The location was convenient, close to local spots, and made it about as easy to get around as you could hope.Check-in was pretty chill, small issue with the lock that was fixed in minutes and a small problem with the TV that was more user error then anything.

Great Boston getaway

Cute little house nestled in a nice neighborhood in Medford. Rita, the host is AMAZING. Very responsive when we had questions and genuinely cared that we had a great experience while staying. If you plan on visiting the Boston area, I definitely recommend you book this house, you won’t be disappointed.

It was a cute property. About a 15 minute Uber from anything you want to do. We had trouble getting the lock to open and couldn’t get the host to answer the phone but the neighbor helped us!

Yes very accommodating on letting us in early on arrival day, replied back very quickly when emailed her.Drawbacks were we didnt know we had several stairs to climb in entry way to get to futon area/living area hard with luggage Kitchen wasn't stocked with alot of utensils for cooking and hand towelsOnly 1 bathroom for 3 but we made it worked and only had 1 towel, hand towel and wash rag per person for 5 days wasn't stocked with any extras Overall house was clean and roomy beds were good very quiet neighborhood
